Villa Virkeä is best suited for remote work as well as for rest or active holidays! The cottage is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has been stylishly renovated recently. All Vierumäki services are within walking distance; three golf courses, an adventure park, frisbee golf, a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant services, etc. The rent of the cottage includes access to the outdoor tennis court and affordable golf tickets, with the right of the shareholder to book. Running/skiing/mountain biking trail right next to the cottage!

Traditional summer cottage on the shores of the clean and clear Lake Karijärvi. The cottage has electricity, a sauna and a kitchen. Water for use is carried from the lake, drinking water is brought by the guest, so there is no well. In the yard, a nice outbuilding with a small children's playroom at the end. The tenant also has a rowing boat to which you can attach your own max 4hp motor. Upstairs, there are two new mattresses, downstairs, a sofa bed for two. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

A large beach plot located near Messilä's slopes, ski trails and golf course. Come spend your vacation near Messilä holiday resort. Private beach. Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
