The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I'd love to come back there. Easy to find private parking, near the highway. Too bad we couldn't block longer Will definitely be back.

We stayed here a week ago and I can say it was a very nice experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for our stay. It's true that it's a little far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem, especially since the area is quiet. The host was very kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, which made everything much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, it was a good experience and we had a good time!

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

Was a great stay for me and my family at the Villa, it's amazing and facilities are perfect. Jasmina and Ana are great Hosts, perfect hospitality and quick response at all times.

Great location, especially if you work in the K Disrict. Grocery and food options at your finger tips. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is a perfect place to stay while in Belgrade! The location has many great cafes and restaurants right next to the building and a big mall in a walking distance. Highly recommended!

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Great apartment, great service

Very nice apartment in the new “Belgrade Waterfront” neighborhood, great location for exploring Belgrade on foot. The space for the car in the underground parking is really a plus. I recommend it for a pleasant stay in Belgrade.

Uroš’s place was amazing — spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. He’s an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, and we felt right at home from the start.

The apartment is nice, there are a lot of useful stuff inside like Turk pot for coffee, kitchen towels, microwave and other things that are not so common among apartments. When I got cold, host fast brought me second heater and it became very warm and comfortable. Strongly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vesna’s place for a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and access public transport. Additionally, there are several cafés, supermarkets, shops, etc. close by. What really made my stay special was the amazing hospitality from the host. Vesna was very welcoming, responsive, and attentive throughout my entire stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. I truly felt at home here. If you are looking for a place to stay during your time in Belgrade, I can highly recommend this place! It's a fantastic spot, and I would definitely stay here again if I return. Everything is perfect

perfect studio, very nice host, located in Belgrades prime street with lots of cafes and restaurants around. big plus are the blinds that fully block the sunlight for better sleep. warm water, wifi and aircon worked well.

We are very happy to have found Teodora's apartment for our girls' trip. The place was perfect for our short trip. Good location for excursions, good breakfast and dining places and small supermarkets within walking distance. The accommodation was just as described in the pictures and description. Clean, spacious and cozy and equipped with everything you need. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect. Teodora was a great host, always available and helpful. Thank you Teodora, we felt very comfortable and had a few great days with you. We would definitely book again 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Aleksandar’s apartment over 4 nights. It’s in a really central location with excellent coffee places and bars on the surrounding streets. Most importantly the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed in terms of functionality and luxury. The shower was always hot and powerful and the aircon was great considering we had 35 degree heat everyday! Thanks again!
