Our house is very atypical because it is semi troglodyte . There is a very common feature among cave houses, it is the humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat up all year. There may also be small particles falling on the floor. There is a courtyard at the front and a large private park on the higher ground for relaxing. The car can be parked nearby.
