Totally new apartment (built 2018) 60 square meters in a two floor villa. Based on the first level just few steps from the garden. Includes a roomy bedroom with a double bed, storage, AC and mountain view. A spacey bathroom with washing machine. A great living room with TV, HiFi stereo and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer also. Living room sleeps 3 person in a sofa which converts to a double bed and a single bed. Living room has great sea view and a veranda to the green garden.
