An excellent apt, the best that I ever stayed in Sorocaba. It had already been in other facilities in the Red, I didn't like it because of the noise of the highway, but this one did not have this problem. Apto mto novo, td mto clean, note 10.

Stela is an odd host, easy to communicate and has a whimsical apartment in the decor, as well as being one of the few spaces in Sorocaba with children's Montessori bed. The region is accessible, close to several 24-hour services. The only regret is that the towers of the apartments is very close, so we need to keep the curtains closed for more privacy, in addition to the noise of some neighbors.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Gabriel's apartment, the place was impeccable, very clean, everything organized and as advertised or even better. The location is excellent! Gabriel was very attentive and helpful, he responded quickly and politely and even left an Easter treat for my daughters, which they loved. Apartment all equipped with internet, tv, and full kitchen. We stayed 40 days in the apartment and served us very well. The condominium is very wide, with shops, manicure, hairdresser, marmita, fair on Friday and with a large walking area which pleased many of my pets. We didn't have a lot of noise problems despite being fit with several residents. Caroline has always been helpful in helping with what was needed.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

The mansion exceeded our expectations! We went in a group of six people, a child and a pet, and they all enjoyed a lot. The house is gigantic (to the point that we even get tired of walking, hahaha), structured and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, perfect for enjoying the day, and the barbecue area was very well enjoyed – we made great moments there! In addition, the host and housekeeper were extremely attentive, always available for any questions or needs. If you're looking for a spacious place with a structure to relax and have fun, this is the right destination.
