We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is harmoniously furnished with so much love for detail. We lacked nothing. Even coffee and tea were available for use. The atmosphere in the house was homely and cordial. The communication with the host was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and extremely likeable. The available bikes let us enjoy a relaxing day in the area. Whenever we should come back to the area, we will book again. We can recommend the place to anyone looking for peace, nature, nice and friendly landlords and a cozy place to stay.

What a lovely place in an oasis of peace. We were with 4 friends in the beautiful stay of Aljanneke. An oasis of peace and nature and a beautiful house with all modern amenities and comfort. Aljanneke is a super host! Nice communication and full of good tips, someone who fully understands hospitality. We would definitely come back!

Johan was extremely helpful and provided suggestions, maps and literature to help us with our biking, hiking and visits to places of interest.

Eveline & Bastiaan, thank you providing such a beautifully furnished and equipped accommodation. We specifically enjoyed the privacy and remoteness of the accommodation and the fact that it is securely located within the private grounds of your house made us feel at ease that our bicycles could be stored safely. The beds are very comfortable and with the stillness of the night we were guaranteed a great nights sleep. Parking within the grounds was very convenient and made it easy to unload and load our luggage. Thank you for being available to assist with advice. The communication was nice and fast. Welcoming treats upon arrival, and all amenities available. It was wonderfully clean. And after long days we were able to enjoy the fireplace. I loved the area and have already recommended this B&B to several clients of mine. Get delicious groceries at the Appie and prepare your own breakfast through the spacious kitchen with comfort. We really enjoyed it. Coffee was also provided, which was nice.

Had a few fantastic days. We especially liked the place; nice and quiet. We also had good weather, so that was nice too. Beautiful base for walking and cycling; electric bike is recommended :). Castle Rozendaal with "the deceivers" is very nice to visit, also Doesburg. Arlette still spoken, she is a very nice woman and responds quickly to questions. So this place is highly recommended.

Very comfortable and complete house within walking distance of the beautiful nature around Gorssel. Ideally located in relation to Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. Pleasant and quick contact with the owners. Highly recommended.

The Airbnb had a loft look with all the comforts. We felt right at home and the hosts were very friendly, definitely recommended!

The Tolhuisje was a wonderful place, renovated with love and it was very cozy and cozy. The contact with Marieke and Frank was both Prior to as during our stay, very pleasant. And Raalte is located in an area, where there is plenty to do for cyclists, hikers and lovers of villages and cities.

Space is as advertised: simple. Everything was clean and worked as it should. So you get really value for the money. Agnes is friendly and helpful. The sauna was very nice :)

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

What a wonderfully spacious apartment. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. In the evening very cozy with the stove on. All amenities were good. For us the perfect base for a few days of nature and city. We were there in summer winter but for other seasons also a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

I was with my husband and a few weeks old baby for unfortunately only a few days in the accommodation, but we will definitely come back! We were received in a very friendly manner by Hella. I liked the place even better than I could have guessed from the photos. The rooms are very nice and specially furnished. It was exceptionally clean! And the bed was super comfy. Everything was well thought out and we not only had a hearty breakfast, but a basket of goodies as well. We were able to use the sweet little oven and had it very cozy in there in the rain. But when the sun came, we enjoyed the yard and the grounds to the fullest. It is insanely idyllic and located right on the water. Everything is well maintained. You can only feel comfortable here. It's worth coming back just for the spots on the jetty. We thank Hella very much, who also inquired about our best in the meantime.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

this place is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The host was absolutely the best! the kids loved the big outdoor space and had so much fun with the chickens. This felt like a more personalized and very authentic local experience, something airbnb has lost overtime, so it was refreshing to experience this again as a frequent traveler.

The house is a dream and bigger than it looks on the photos. Two wonderful outdoor spaces, several common areas, well-equipped rooms and kitchens. The reception was accommodating and very friendly. Quick but detailed briefing and a cat that is absolutely not afraid of new people. Everything is super clean and maintained. Everything you need is there! The surrounding area is beautifully green, quiet and invites you to relax. We will be happy to come back with eleven people! ☺️❤️

We had a lovely weekend at Villa Heidebloem. The house and the area are beautiful. The sauna and hot tub have been used a lot. And the glass house is perfect for a cozy evening. Contact with host went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We had a great stay! The location of the house right on the water was simply fantastic and the highlight of our vacation. It was especially great that we were able to rent a boat through the hostess – that really made our stay very special. The premises are excellent: a spacious common room with open kitchen, dining table and cozy sitting area, which is directly adjacent to the terrace – perfect for coming together as a group and spending time together. The connection to the nearest city was also great, so we could easily take trips. All in all, a completely successful stay – thank you for that!
