Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

Located at the crossroads between: Aachen(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Interest: walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are worth a visit. Essentials provided, bed linen not (extra charge).

At studio Tweij & Vitsig, you will stay in a part of a very characteristic mansion. You have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 stairs. Through the hall, you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!

Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. You will sleep and live in a cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau that is over three hundred years old. The Rur flows right behind our house. When the window is open, you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape all the way to the Red House. We look forward to seeing you soon. You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
