Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vltava

Friendly host, and the house is close to supermarkets. Only things to note are that the hot water tank is small if multiple people want to shower!

Wir haben die gesamte Unterkunft mit 4 Schlafzimmern gebucht und mehr als erwartet bekommen. Zu jedem Doppelbett gehörte ein Bad, was auf den Fotos nicht so deutlich zu erkennen war. Eines der 4 Zimmer ist separat und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Da im Yogaraum keine Kurse stattfanden, konnten wir alles komplett für uns nutzen. Die Aussicht aus den vielen Fenstern ist grandios und der riesige Küchentisch eignet sich hervorragend zum Essen in großer Runde und für Brett- und Kartenspiele. Im liebevoll angelegten Garten grillten wir auf dem hauseigenen Grill und konnten so das schöne Wetter genießen. Die Betten waren recht hart, aber man schlief erstaunlich gut darauf. Da die Vorhänge recht dünn sind, weckte uns die Sonne morgens, ob wir wollten oder nicht - für Frühaufsteher perfekt! In den Bädern und in der Küche gibt es keine Fenster, dafür aber Tageslichtlampen, die wirklich gute Arbeit leisten und umweltfreundlich sind. Ein echtes Preis-Leistungs-Wunder zum Genießen!

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Es nette und schöne Unterkunft. Nette Bewirtung und leckeres Essen. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt und eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Prachtige schone kamers, elke dag even een controle of alles nog genoeg was in de kamer. We mochten de gezamenlijke koelkast gebruiken. Ontbijt was top, alles ruim aanwezig en heerlijke verse koffie. Op 900 meter van het Bikepark en via de secret trails kwamen we vanaf de lift bij de accommodatie aan 🤙

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe vor Ort und waren sehr zufrieden die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich die Lage sehr gut das Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Bio Eiern und leckerer Wurst war mehr als ausreichend vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Wir haben einen verlängertes Wochenende in Eduards Unterkunft verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles passt perfekt zueinander. In dem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nicht. (Von Waschmaschine + Trockner bis zu den Gästehausschuhen ist alles vorhanden) Der Wellnessbereich ist super zur Erholung geeignet. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Eduard ist ein super Gastgeber, er ist sehr freundlich und stand immer für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein nahegelegenen Restaurant ist drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Vielen Dank für alles und wir hoffen das wir irgendwann nochmal wiederkommen!

War für eine Übernachtung da und wurde zuerst mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt, was ich schon als sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend befand. Frühs gab es ein nettes Frühstück, es wird immer aufmerksam geschaut und gefragt, ob alles soweit passt. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement clair, lumineux et facile à trouver. Meublé moderne. Place de parking indispensable et super utile mais mal placée au fond du parking coincée entre un mur et un rail, attention les éclats de peinture en ouvrant les portières... Le quartier est bien desservi en Bus, et un Edeka se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, génial ! Christoph est joignable très facilement et répond aux questions rapidement et efficacement. La nuit, la rue est très passagère et bruyante (nous sommes venus en Avril 2025, il faisait beau et chaud, et je ne pense pas pouvoir vire ou dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en été...). Dans l'appartement, rien ne manque pour pouvoir y vivre au quotidien sauf une machine à laver : elle est dans le descriptif de l'annonce mais elle n'est pas dans l'appartement, où est elle ? Pour nous, Français qui ne pratiquons pas le même tri des déchets que vous en Allemagne, nous n'avons trouvé aucune consigne claire, merci de faire un effort dans l'explications de celles-çi ...

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jitka war super schön. Direkt von der Unterkunft aus ist eine Metrostation mit der man in 5-10min im Zentrum von Prag ist. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es ein Supermarkt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sie war ordentlich, modern und recht sauber. Ich würde sie jedem weiterempfehlen der für einen Kurztrip nach Prag möchte.

Les vacances dans cet appartement ont été vraiment inoubliables ! L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait — presque en plein centre-ville, à proximité de la colonne des sources minérales, avec toute l'infrastructure, les restaurants et le funiculaire. De plus, l'appartement est situé sur une hauteur, ce qui garantit un air pur et des vues magnifiques. Le parking est idéal, ce qui est essentiel pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. Le propriétaire a vraiment pensé à tout : tout était soigneusement préparé, y compris tout le nécessaire pour un enfant, des produits d'hygiène aux articles de toilette. C'est très appréciable et pratique ! La station elle-même est un véritable paradis pour se détendre. Sources thermales, concerts, nourriture délicieuse, une multitude de sites historiques. Et bien sûr, un massage thaïlandais, qui a été un excellent complément à notre séjour. Si vous cherchez des vacances parfaites, n'hésitez pas à choisir cet endroit !

Great place , close to city centre and 6 minutes walk from a main bus / train station , nice big queen size comfortable bed , clean and tidy , some dust but nothing dirty, some bits a bit worn and could do with replacing but main things I needed worked fine and were clean. For the price it was brilliant, decent size TV with lots of working tv apps like YouTube and Netflix. Nice a specious rooms, big enough shower cubicle, I stayed there on cold week in Prague and the place was so nice a warm and cosy when I was inside . She answered my watsapp video call to help me in because I was being stupid and could not open the door because I was not pushing it the right was lol, she spoke English really well and was so friendly and happy to help

This host was supportive & flexible for us to have nice stay.

Veronika's place was a delight. it's very homely with all amenities provided. it's close to the town centre and everything you could desire in pisek. Veronika is very helpful. highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Nicht weit vom Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super, man kann aber auch gemütlich entlang der Moldau ins Zentrum laufen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Die Empfehlungen an der Wand waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I recently spent a few days at Lucie's place. Felt very comfortable in a lovely and quiet room. Located in a peaceful neighborhood it is close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around Prague. Lucie was very responsive that make my comfortable.

Very comfy and clean place, all you need; friendly hosts and a cozy place to sleep. The description exactly fits how it was in reality. It is a bit on a hill which gives a beautiful sight over Beroun. Breakfast was really tasty with self-made scrambled eggs. Would come again!

Super comfortable and clean room and bathroom in quiet area. Easy and short walk to the castle and the center of town. The host was very kind each time we saw her as we went in and out during our stay.

Trip to Prague and staying in the Oli’s place was the most unique experience for me. He likes to spend time with the guests and really puts his whole heart into it. Olaf wants to make each guest’s stay in Prague filled with unusual stories, showing them hidden gems, etc. He recommended going to the Prague Castle at night when there are no people. It was so beautiful and calm without tourists. The free visit to Loretta and to the contemporary art museum with unique exhibitions combining folk tradition pieces with modern art was also recommended. Olaf’s place is also very unique with a lot of good-looking art pieces and functional furniture. Recommend

Great location. Just North of castle and tourist sights; very short walk but nice and quiet…Perfect!! Host representative was there when we arrived early and permitted access. Host was receptive and did a great job following up with us. Would stay again and recommend this ArBnb.

Marina helped us until we arrived in Prague and when we got home she welcomed us at the door, she helped us with everything and it was a separate beauty to serve us hot coffee, the house is a wonderful place in a peaceful family environment. We also thank you for the breakfast.

heerlijke Engelse gastvrijheid bij Jerry en Claire. Leuke open mensen. De kamer was uitstekend en het bed sliep fantastisch. Lekker ontbijt 's ochtends , in gezelschap van Amy, onze kleine viervoetige vriendin. In de avond gezelligheid bij de open haard in de salon. We komen graag nog eens terug, maar dan in de zomer om te zien of het daar dan net zo mooi is. Wij zijn een stel van 66 en 72 jaar en hebben als kinderen gerodeld op de rodelbaan op de Grote Arber. Heerlijk...
