What a wonderful way to end a long weekend getaway—watching the most beautiful sunset at the beach, just steps away from the Airbnb! This is the second time (and second location) I’ve stayed at Franck’s properties, and I will definitely be coming back. The place itself has everything you need, and the interior feels modern but still super cozy and clean. Franck is a great host who is always available to provide guidance or recommendations. I highly recommend staying at any of his properties.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and brand new. It is located in the center of Valona, in a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. At the same time it is quiet but very close to the sea, in the heart of the nightlife. The host is really great, always available. We got lost and in a couple of minutes he came to pick us up. He also speaks Italian and for us it was an added value. Thank you for everything

Great location in the heart of Orikum! The unit was clean, spacious, and very well-appointed. I especially appreciated the dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer—it made the stay even more convenient. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Thank you for hosting! Just a note: the unit is located on the second floor, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

We had a great time! The place was exactly how it was described. Xhoana was incredibly helpful and friendly, along with the guy who helped us at the check in. Definitely recommend!

The accommodation is on top. Nothing to say. The city is a bit dead, that’s the only downside.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

The cottage is cozy. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. Sokol is very friendly, responds quickly. On site we were welcomed by Margarita and treated very warmly. There were problems with the water, which went out for a few hours, but everyone went out of their way to make sure it didn't cause us much trouble and it was taken care of very quickly. We were greeted with grapes and kaki from the garden.

Very comfortable villa, well equipped & nicely furnished . All new, spacious and clean. Host is very responsive and helpful. We (as a 10 people group) had a great time there - feeling like home during our 10 days diving trip in Albania. Highly recommend !

Great place is experience Green Coast! Would come back! Great for two couples or a family

This beach house is in a great location between the beach and the mountains. We were there out of season at the end of October so very few tourists and not many hotels or restaurants were open. This made for a really peaceful stay and we often had the beach to ourselves. The weather was perfect: sunny and 20-25° everyday. The house has a balcony with an amazing sea view, the small garden is also great with orange and olive trees. The house is very comfortable and has lots of room to relax after a day at the beach or walking the mountain trails. The locals in the villages up the hill were very welcoming and you can find a bakery, markets and restaurants with better prices than those by the beach. The hosts were easily contactable to answer questions and to facilitate check in and out.

A beautiful apartment literally 5 seconds away from the beach, which is very rare. It’s perfect for a morning swim and a warm shower right afterwards. Robert and Rudina were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and nice people. We enjoyed the interactions with then very much. They helped us with really everything. From checking in late to going grocery shopping and moving to our next destination. We were very thankful for having such amazing hosts and loved staying at their apartment so much!

Excellent location in the city center, literally 1 minute from the sea, from the supermarket. Cafes, restaurants, everything is nearby. The beach is sandy and comfortable for swimming. When it's hot outside, the apartment is always cool. The apartment has absolutely everything for long and short stays. 100% recommend!

We stayed at Marsela’s flat for 6 weeks (although initially we planned 4), and it was because of how good the flat is, that we’ve decided to extend the stay. The flat has 2 balconies, with a quite unique view over the boulevard. The flat was clean, the space is very good, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The location – near the mosque, some good shops are around, the buses to the beach are nearby, or you can just walk there in like 20 minutes. The main bus station is also nearby, about 5 mins walk. The internet is very fast and perfect for work. Marsela was very fast to reply whenever we needed something. A small minus is that if it’s really windy and sunny at the same time, you need to choose, as the blindings are very noisy due to the wind. Overall the place was great, it’s perfect for a long term stay, we would come back. Highly recommended

Wonderful and recommended experience! The house is located in a quiet area but a 5-minute walk from the supermarket, beach and promenade. We always found parking in front of the house. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Robert and his wife who had also prepared cookies knowing that there would be children😍, as well as fresh water and fruit. At check-in, the house and condominium rules were clearly explained to us. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home. My family and I highly recommend this place, we felt very welcome and everything was as described in the photos. Thanks Robert for hosting us at your home, I would recommend anyone to stay with you.

Lovely apartment, beautiful and cozy! It can be seen that they put their time into it:) there is literally a couple of minutes to the beach, there is a balcony, everything for cooking and even an umbrella for the beach, an ironing board and a bicycle (as well as tennis rackets!) now there is a construction site under the house, but it does not greatly interfere, you can't hear it with closed windows. Among the disadvantages - do not turn on the kettle (!), do not buy anything in the freezer (it does not freeze much). Otherwise, it's a beautiful place, we loved it :) The host is great! Always available 😌

Great location. The apartment is in on the main strip above restaurants and bars. Weirdly not noisy at all. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony which is partially covered. We were able to watch the thunder storm and lightning without getting wet. Great beach opposite. Apartment is very large and comfy with everything you need. Spotless. Free parking was very handy. Loved our time there.

Great location, middle Lungomare, restaurants, restaurants, cafes, cafes, beach 50 meters, supermarket in the house. Free parking nearby. The apartment has everything you need, good internet. Benua is a responsive and friendly host.

Great balcony view , responsive host . Few stuffs (kettle , microwave) missing in the kitchen but other than that the apartment itself is nice and spacious.
