The villa was amazing, even better than the photos. We were a group of 9 and it felt like loads of space. The pool area was lovely, and the views from the roof terrace were amazing. We used the BBQ area multiple times as well which was great. Olti was really communicative, and there was a maintenance guy on hand who came really quickly when we had a couple of small issues. You can just about walk to the coast but would advise having a car. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a very good time, the apartment is perfectly as in the photos, everything is new and clean, the complex's pool is fantastic. I already knew the area so we chose it and it's worth it, very close to supermarkets and restaurants and also a stone's throw from Marina Bay. Private and quiet guarded area. The only small thing I would have to consider are the air conditioners that lose a little water, but nothing that we didn't even give weight to as they worked perfectly. Satisfied

Villa Olive Hill New

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Party of 4 adults and 3 children (incl. 2 toddlers). Communication was great from start to finish and we really appreciated the host providing us with 2 travel cots. The property was as described, we particularly enjoyed the terrace and the wonderful sea views. The finish of the decor is to a very high standard and beds are very comfy. A few bits look a bit unfinished but overall great. We had quite a few communications with the host and all our questions were answered really quickly, professionally and friendly. The only slight negative point were the shower rooms which could do with a curtain or a shower wall as currently the water from the shower is flooding the bathroom floors. There is however a mop provided and plenty of towels as well. I'd definitely recommend this place and would be looking to book again if in the area again in the future! Thanks for everything!

Comfortable Villa Near Beach

Had a good stay in Vila Arial. Upon arrival, the apartments we booked were mixed with a private villa. This was a huge plus and very nice with our large group of 8 people. Breakfast in the restaurant is good and affordable, the service is exquisite. Arben and the rest do their best to make the stay even more pleasant. So it's top notch!

A dining area features a wooden table with matching chairs, situated under a pendant light. A stone accent wall complements the space, and large white curtains frame the window, allowing natural light to brighten the room. A wall-mounted television is positioned nearby.

Great solution for a stay in Vlora. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is very nice, great equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The only small flaw was the road to access was not perfectly settled, but nothing of all. Nothing negative to say about the stay!

We stayed with Xhoana with a group of friends for 4 days. Xhoana was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The indoor patio is very nice. The area is convenient to reach the beach even on foot in a few minutes. A short drive takes you to restaurants and supermarkets. The only negative note, not attributable to the host, was the pungent smell of waste burned in the neighborhood that prevents you from fully enjoying the outdoor areas of the house.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed dressed with smooth linens and decorative pillows. The walls are adorned with floral artwork, while a vibrant purple curtain frames the window, allowing for soft natural light. The floor is tiled with neutral colors, enhancing the room's bright ambiance.

Extremely satisfied, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any question you might have. It felt like I was at the comfort of my own home. Everything sparkly, cleaned with all the amenities you need. On site parking, secured. Easy access to the city center and sea side. A big thank you to the staff at the property for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable.

An absolute gem of a castle up in the beautiful Albanian mountains. Gorgeous spot, everything we could possibly need was supplied, amazing decor. We had a beautiful fire going with wood that Dario supplied for us. Throughout the whole trip, Dario was extremely friendly and excited to help us in any way he could, and welcomed us warmly and openly. There has been lots of recent additions to the place, like AC and TVs and cemented driveways, and he was always excited to tell us about the news improvements he had in store for the Airbnb. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful trip in the countryside, I'm sure this place will become even greater. Also the views were amazing

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home and it was an amazing experience. The home is well-equipped, very clean, which made us feel at home. The terrace with a beautiful view made the most impression on us – the perfect place for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The owners were incredibly kind, hospitable, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable rest. The road to the house is quite winding and uphill, so it's a good idea to consider this when choosing a rental car. A car with an automatic gearbox will make it easier :)

Hillside villa by the sea

The accommodation was responsive to what is visible in the photos; Klarita, despite the injury immediately, always responded promptly . The access road is a rural road, a little bumpy in some stretches, but we had no difficulty getting to the property. The view of the gulf is spectacular, from the terrace you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets. The air conditioning in each room and three toilets with shower are valuable, and the main one equipped with bidet that is essential for us Italians, Brava Klarita! Recommended for those who want to spend a quiet vacation, away from the chaos of the city, and who in a few minutes have the opportunity to relax on the sea with a sunbed and umbrella at a super affordable price.

A cozy living area is furnished with two spacious sofas and a small dining table with chairs. Natural light filters through a window dressed with sheer curtains, illuminating the patterned rug that adds warmth to the space.

We are a group of 6 friends and have been guests in this facility. The experience was more than positive, the place was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The area is quiet you can rest without any problem but if you want to move you have to reach Vlora, which is 15 minutes away by car. There are great restaurants and mini markets in the area. The sea is beautiful in the evening you can admire beautiful sunsets, access to the sea is private but there is no beach only a small rock platform where you can swim with peace of mind. The residence also has a large saltwater pool shared with the other accommodations but never crowded and we have always found sun loungers and umbrellas available. The host is always available for all our requests. Overall, I recommend it to everyone, especially families. It was a beautiful vacation thanks to all the staff, especially Atanasio. See you soon

this unit had a wonderful set up with a small pool and spa. Short walk to the beach, really relaxing and plenty of room for all of us. Teuta was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling here.
