after a long day of biking it was a perfect refuge - such a beautiful setting including a big firepit to sit and enjoy in the evening and then the apartment - absolutely lovely , lots of room , she thought of everything , bathroom and bedrooms so well setup and lovely ...what a beautiful escape and would be wonderful for a family

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was impressively built, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. Our whole family enjoyed it so much. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. He messaged us before the trip to give us a heads up about potential highway delays due to a local event, which was extremely helpful in planning our route from Toronto. The surrounding area was beautiful, it was a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed watching the sunrise and the clean sand and waters. There are plenty of trails and farms nearby- we enjoyed strawberry picking and visiting the local markets and gardens. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely recommend this place to others looking to get away from the city or just to enjoy some time by the water and in a nice, quiet area surrounded by nature. We would love to return again to enjoy the beautiful house and the many activities Turkey Point has to offer. Thank you Mark for hosting us!

The Beach House on Snooks (Turkey Point)

We stayed at Paul's cottage in Vittoria for 3 nights in August 2024. The checkin process was smooth and Paul provided clear instructions on checkin. All communication prior to checkin and throughout our stay was friendly and Paul was extremely responsive. Paul's cottage is clean and well maintained. The bed linens and towels were clean and suited our needs. There were even beach towels for our use on our trips to the beach. The cottage matched the description and photos on Airbnb and the amenities all worked well. The location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Sand Bar, a popular local restaurant, is also a short walk away. The neighbours and people in the area were all friendly. There is room for at least 2 cars in the driveway. We also biked to the local park and the beach a few times as all the attractions are quite close. Paul was a great host and was quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. We would definitely stay at Paul's cottage again.

Fantastic stay - host was communicative and welcoming, all necessary info sent day before check in. Cottage is clean, warm, and well-supplied with everything- cozy blankets & thick pillows, firm mattresses, bathroom basics, well-stocked kitchen with loads of tools & kitchen staples in the fridge & pantry. What a beautiful and private location! The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and clean. Comfy beds and cozy loft space. My 2 young kids enjoyed many hours in the great outdoor space, building many fires and biking around. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay!

My son is a cyclist and had a race weekend at Turkey Point. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. I was able to cook and we had real beds over my original plan to camp. The home was surrounded by trees and the porch was a lovely spot for a cup of tea to enjoy the fall colours. We will definitely book again for next year.
