Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. Our cottage "Jardins de lune", adjoining our home, accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is located 2 km from the Saône and Véloroute 50 La Voie Bleue. With independent access and opening onto a large garden and fields, it will offer you an ideal setting for rest and relaxation. Recently furnished with natural materials (wood, earth-straw wall) that give it a simple and warm appearance, our cottage is well insulated and remains comfortable in any season.

Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
