I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! I felt at home right away at Irene's place. It's clean, ample space, and the best part, is that it was <8 minute walk to the metro station. It's a quiet, peaceful, residential, safe area and I got very used to the place. The concierge folks are extremely nice and helpful. Irene herself is a great host -- very on top of things, responded to my questions quickly, and checked in during my stay which was very kind. Hope to stay here again if I return!

There were 4 of us in this amazing apartment! Everyone was super comfortable. Clean bathrooms, towels and linens, super-equipped kitchen... and the spectacular view! The apartment is a few meters from a super complete mall, a beautiful park... Very well located and safe. 24-hour concierge, very good garage too. Priscila sent us all the information, we checked in smoothly. She responds quickly to all questions. We felt at home, we would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful apartment close to a number of coffee, shops and restaurants. The Neighbourhood feels very safe and welcoming. Our host welcomed us in person when we first arrived and gave us a great tour of the apartment, which is absolutely gorgeous. Their number of personal touches which shows how much attention was put into its design. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Every detail of the space shows Mirza's care and affection in welcoming guests. It was a welcoming and peaceful stay, where I felt safe and very welcome.
