I loved the stay! The apartment was spotless, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Plenty of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will certainly rent again when I return to Chile!

This is a good place to stay near Mall Arauco. It was an easy walk over the pedestrian overpass there. There is also a long foot/bike trail a couple blocks away on one of the avenues into Vitacura. The apartment is very nice, with a futon, a large bedroom, and a single bedroom. There is air conditioning and a large terrace.

Great location! The building's location made for an easy initiation to the city. The apartment's location is fabulously on the 28th floor. Rooftop sunsets were fantastic. Designated car parking was convenient. Apartment's workout room was adequate. Friendly concierge. During our stay, air conditioner was installed in the second bedroom and black out blinds were installed throughout the apartment. Huge positive difference. Kitchen & bath items were minimal - salt but no pepper or other spices, no oil or vinegar, no supply of toilet tissue, no laundry detergent. Fortunately, grocery & mall within walking distance. Just know before you go. Would stay again & recommend.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, she made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. As a host she was excellent, she was always attentive to what I needed and was understanding with me.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
