Vacation rentals with a patio in Viseu District

The place is in a great location! The view is fantastic. The apartment is part of an old and authentic building, but is modernly furnished, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. And a balcony where you can sit! You will be in the middle of the historical center of Viseu. Guilherme is a very good host, gives tips before you arrive and responds immediately when you have a question. The beds are lovely and the apartment super clean. We stayed there for five days to great satisfaction.

We had an excellent accommodation in Ana's property. Extremely clean house with everything you need. The garden of the house is magnificent, very well cared for and reserved. Perfect for breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

Paulo's place is extremely modern, clean, spacious with a great bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Just a pity it was too cold to make use of the pool. It was an added bonus being able to eat in their restaurant downstairs.

We really had a very nice time in Paul's apartment! We recommend 💯 %! Our stay was actually too short & we definitely want to come back sometime. For those looking for a unique experience outside of the mass tourism, you've come to the right place! In Paul's house you will be warmly welcomed and for a while it is also "your home" A unique experience of Portuguese life in the Douro valley. The area is also beautiful, the people are nice and everything is very affordable. We hope to return one day to this beautiful Portuguese paradise. 🫶

Helga and Mario have a beautiful clean place with incredible views of the Douro River Valley. We had great instructions to get to the home and how to get in with a keyless code. It was raining and cold so we were soaked getting the gate open and getting suitcases inside. There’s a fireplace in the living area and I asked Helga if we could get firewood and within minutes someone arrived with wood and he even built us a fire. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that I needed a haircut/ pedicure and Helga made me an appointment with Sonia in the next village of Tabuaço for the day after we arrived, that was wonderful service and kind of her. I was very pleased. Helga gave very good information on things to do in the area and places to eat. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had while traveling. Everything was clean and as stated in the listing. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs if that is an issue but we were told this before we booked. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This wonderful apartment is absolutely cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is beautiful and there is wood for the fireplace. The heated bed is a giant plus, and it's extremely comfortable. Thank you so much, we loved our stay!

We really liked the area, amazing house, everything was great!

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Though remote, the instructions José provided made the place very easy to find. There are ample outside areas for dining and relaxing (although we were there at a time of year too chilly to take advantage of this). The view in the morning is great, as you can drink a coffee and look down on clouds rolling down the river valley below you. The House is quite small, but accommodated us and our two children easily. 4 adults might find it a tight fit. There are neighbors, but they are quite friendly (one lady, it being Easter, gave my children a bag of Easter almonds). The quality of renovation work on the house is superb, and preserves the old "stone house" character typical in this region, while maximizing comfort within. The AC heats up the place quickly and thoroughly. Parking is no problem at all, with plenty of space to turn the car around once you have pulled in. Restaurants, Supermarkets, and all the amenities are located about 15 minutes away in Cinfães.

Annette is a very nice host. The house is located in a beautiful farm with amazing view. If you are looking for a relaxed weekend this is the place to go! You can spend the day in the farm walking around, going to the pool, playing board games or take a car a discover the region!

We were well received, clean and cozy space, although there is no stove. It has good quality Internet. Accesses to supermarkets and other cities a little far away and tiring. Although in. Aldeia has mini markets.

Delightful! So wonderful on cold November evenings to arrive and return to a warm home. They had pre-heated the home to create a perfect welcome! I want that shower! The shower is so spacious, easy entry, the drain works perfectly, the water all stays in the shower. Gorgeous view from my bedroom and the balcony. So many restaurants in town. Perfect for easy and scenic round trip drive along the Douro.
