The "Annex" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the large chestnut with a great book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" roof to be found underneath. Or why not play boules on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Rent our modern little house, only a 5 minute walk from Fridhems beach. The house is situated 2,5 km from the kids paradise; Kneippbyn. A lighted bicycle path takes you there or to Visby if you please. Its only 6,5 km to the ferry terminal in Visby and the famous town wall. Up to 5 guests can sleep in the cabin. It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. 18th century house at Stenstu manor

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

Convenient cottage with view of the Baltic Sea

A convenient cottage beautifully located in a big garden, close to the Baltic Sea, in the village of Fröjel, 40 kilometers South of Visby. The cottage offers a kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a double sofa bed (additional mattress or baby cot can also be arranged), and more. Guests can also sit in the outside seating area, to enjoy the sea view. The cottage and garden is located 100 meters from the Church of Fröjel as well as an medieval ruin with a great view.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

With a 5-minute walk to the sea or a 5-minute drive to Sweden's best golf course, this beautiful villa from 2016 is a perfect accommodation for both the family who wants sun and swimming and the golf gang who wants to play at Visby Golf Club. Large patio, 5 beds and access to extra mattress. Sauna is included and pets are welcome and can run loose in the large fenced garden. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.
