The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Cabin for winter living

Atmospheric, winterized cottage 1.5 kilometers from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. With its own entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-heated sauna for two people (wood is included in the price).
