Vacation rentals with a patio in Virgin River

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

the check-in was easy and simple, the host was responsive and helpful, the place was very clean which is super important to me. the location was great and was as described. We had some issues with the living room TV but I think it was because it needed an update installed. the check out was simple and easy. the pool area isn't very private outside of the wall, we had some kids watching from a neighboring apartment and I couldn't figure out how to get the jets working in the hot tub, but it didn't effect our stay. it's great for wheelchair access and even has a shower that could be used for that. There is truly nothing bad I would say about the place and would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Loved this little condo. It’s a couple minutes away from the city so you feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful views around the property, not so much from the condo, but you can walk around and catch some awesome views. We stayed for a weekend long trip and were able to go to and from Zion with ease. Would stay again if another Zion trip was in our future.

The house was a little smaller than expected but otherwise it worked out great. Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The kids loved the backyard!

Phenomenal home away from home. Extremely convenient distance from the Grand Canyon west rim.

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

If you want to watch golfers that is the place to do it. Great communication. Great places for walks. Beautiful!

Great stay, had everything you need for a weekend getaway. Chantellle was always quick to respond and very helpful. The casita is attached to a home, but is very private with its own entrance. Great place when visiting Zion!

We enjoyed our stay at the Prancing Pony! Tyra was communicative proactively and if we had questions! The place was just as described! We loved having a full kitchen as well as restaurants and grocery nearby! Thank you for our stay!

The Oasis in the Desert was absolutely perfect to entertain our Las Vegas family in celebration of our grandson‘s graduation and granddaughter‘s birthday. The house is beautiful and we absolutely loved the yard and spending time out by the pool. We appreciated all the hospitality shown by Michael and all the amenities provided in the home that helped entertain our family. We felt so welcomed with fresh flowers, drinks, snacks etc. The home was cozy from the time we set foot in the front door! My friend and I had an awesome stay and loved having our own bedroom and bathroom spaces. It was perfect.

Great studio apartment. It’s in a resort full of vacation rentals so it always was peaceful outside. Pool and hot tub was nice and there was always covered parking. A/C worked great, and we used the heck out of the kitchen. We had an issue with the patio door but that was resolved with nearly immediate response.

We really enjoyed staying here with our 2 toddlers for a long weekend. It was very family friendly and the pools were amazing for the kids! We loved how it felt like home and we were able to keep the kids on a pretty good schedule and still have a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place if you have littles or have just a couple people.

We loved our stay here! The pools were amazing, our favorite being the family pool. Place was clean and there were plenty of blankets and pillows! AC was a dream. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
