Vacation rentals with a kayak in Virgin River

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

We had wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property itself was stunning, we wish we had more time to utilize all the amenities. The house was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our family. The hosts were fantastic – always available for questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their attentiveness. Our family had such a fun time, and we would definitely recommend renting with Red Rock.

Was a perfect get away. Comfortable beds. My grandkids loved the basket of toys and they thought of everything you would need for the pool. The boys enjoyed the ice bath. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome vacation spot! The house was even better than pictured. The housing complex was very nice too, it kind of gave us a European or Italian vibe with the trees and green courtyard. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet during our stay so that was an added bonus. We enjoyed playing pickleball and the other games offered in the game room as well. Location was close to so many activities and not far from shopping either. Definitely recommend!

Great house & hosts. Just as described, looked exactly like photos. Didn’t heat the pool & kids still swam everyday. We loved the arcade games. Bathrooms well stocked with essentials plus a few extra items (toothbrush, razors) if you forgot anything. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is exquisite. The amenities provided exceeded our needs. Most importantly, the privacy of the backyard and private pool helped make our stay with those with special needs an amazing experience. The homes around us were still under construction but didn’t impact our stay at all. We had minor challenges with the door code but the person communicating with us was amazing and very responsive. We cannot wait to return to this home in the future!!!

Great trip - 2 families stayed and it was perfect!

This was an ideal place for a large family group. There is plenty to do right at the home for everyone. We enjoyed games, puzzles, pickleball and just sitting and visiting. Brian Head and Cedar Breaks are nearby. Biking options are close too. There is plenty of cookware for large meals. There was more than enough space for our group. We had our Thanksgiving gathering there, attended the craft boutique and the holiday parade. The hosts have put lots of effort into organizing the home and filling it with things families use during a vacation. I hope we are able to return in the future.

Heathers place was absolutely amazing! The house has everything you might need , it’s super clean, spacious and has lots of entertainment! The kids had a great time, they loved the bunk beds and having the basement to themselves. Our group of 12 had a great time and felt just like at home. We highly recommend and would love to return!

This is one of my new favorites in Utah. We came out to visit our son who goes to Utah Tech in St. George and we needed a place that could be accessible for our two Brittany‘s who love to run and hike. Lots of hiking to to do around the area. It was a perfect living space, beautiful, and well kept! Neighbors were all friendly. Definitely will book again when we go to see our son. Laura was an incredible host. Very responsive and super helpful. The directions were very clear and easy to find, she was very accommodating and even helped get some balloons to celebrate my son’s birthday while there. The cabin is a great location for sand dunes, rappelling in Orderville and mountain biking in Hurricane. The goats were a HUGE hit with my 3 sons, Laura even let them go in the pen with them and milk them!!! Highly recommend, would stay again. Having fresh eggs for breakfast was such a great treat. Thanks for a fab stay.

Wonderful! Sue provided detailed communication the week prior to our stay. On our day of arrival, we had some questions and had to call Shem. He called back immediately and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The layout with multiple full bathrooms was perfect for our group since we had multiple families. Thank you, Sue and Shem!
