B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our cozy camper. Relax in the outdoor nine-person hot tub, year around. You will have a stunning view of the face of the mountain, which is beautifully lit at night, from the back deck and the master bedroom.
