Это жилье находится в современно жилом комплексе с большим количеством инфраструктуры. Здесь есть магазины, кофейни, рестораны, парки. Отдельное внимание стоит уделить торговому центру, который находится в двух минутах. Квартира была очень чистой с красивым видом. Однозначно рекомендую остановиться здесь! Больше спасибо за хороший отдых!

The property was well located in a vibrant area more like a village than a city suburb. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars with a good cross section of expat and locals. The apartment was comfortable with easy access. The security guard was a very nice and friendly man who made the check in easy and always a friendly welcome when coming or going from the apartment. I didn't meet the hosts which is a pity, they came across as good people. All said a great place in a great location without the hustle of Bui Vien or Pasteur Streets.

第一次入住，比想像中的小，但是床跟枕頭都很舒服很棒 樓下的大門會比較難開一點點，但是不會到完全開不了的程度 房間內很乾淨，室內的電梯也蠻吸睛的，只可惜速度慢了一點點，至少不用爬樓梯 CP值算高，價格不貴 關於寄放行李比較不方便一點點

Căn nhà của c Hằng để lại cho mình ấn tượng rất tốt. Căn nhà sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và có những đồ decor nhìn xinh xắn đáng yêu lắm. Ở và cảm nhận là biết c Hằng rất để tâm chăm sóc ngôi nhà. Mọi trải nghiệm đều tuyệt vời, mình rất rất reconmend. Cảm ơn c Hằng luôn phản hồi nhanh chóng và nhiệt tình ạ.

We wanted to find an airbnb near the metro subway station and supermarket. Tam's place had both plus a mega mall next door. You can also walk the pedestrian bridge from An Phu subway station to Mega Market. It was also a short metro ride to Ben Tanh markets. I also enjoyed the early morning walks in the neighbourhood while admiring the large colonial era mansions and the peacefulness. There were much less motorcycles compared to District 1. The view from the living room, two rooms and balcony kept us entertained, especially when the rain clouds rolled in. The only downside was the that youtube kept on disconnecting or reduced to low quality viewing. I wasn't sure if it was the slow wifi or because the smart tv/device isn't 5G

Owner was very nice and still figured out a solution for when I could not stay because visa situation. Would definitely stay there when I go to Vietnam just off the niceness’ of the owner alone.

Phòng ở khu vực trung tâm, tiện di chuyển, phòng có balcony nên thoáng mát. Dịch vụ hỗ trợ nhanh chóng và nhiệt tình.

Quỳnh Anh là một bà chủ dễ tính. Tôi cần thêm quạt bạn đã mang đến luôn cho tôi. Bạn còn tặng cho tôi rất nhiều trái cây tươi ngon. Bạn hướng cho tôi mượn xe đạp để di chuyển. Phòng của bạn đầy đủ đồ, sạch sẽ và rất rộng rãi cũng ấm cúng. Nắng chiếu vào phòng rất đúng ý tôi. Tôi sẽ thường xuyên quay trở lại.

Phòng thơm và sạch sẽ, nằm trên lầu trong khu dân cư đầy đủ đồ ăn và cũng khá yên tĩnh.

Chổ ở yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, sẽ quay lại lần sau

Great place for big groups,

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The location is perfect—close to local markets, cafes, and within walking distance to major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share useful local tips. I felt very welcomed and at home throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Vietnam and looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay, this Airbnb is definitely worth checking out. I’d love to come back again!

This home is so cozy, suitable for 2 people or those who want to enjoy the weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

We very much enjoyed our stay and we were Tung was very helpful and pro-active, so it all went very smoothly. The apartment is in a very convenient location.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

Wonderful place for group of friends

The apartment is nice. It locates at a very convenient location. You will have easy access to street foods and grocery stores. It is walking distance to D2 street, which is very lively at night. The location is also easy for Grab to pick you up. The stay was comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive. We had a great experience and felt safe. Thank you for hosting us
