The apartment is clean, spacious, and airy, with modern, brand-new furniture 🏠. The bed is incredibly comfy with four pillows, including a big one I absolutely adore 🛏️. Situated on the 11th floor, it boasts an open view and a breathtaking sea vista 🌅. The host is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic 😊. This stay was beyond incredible—photos don’t do it justice. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished with high-quality touches and tech upgrades. It had everything we needed: full amenities, complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea, and super fast Wi-Fi (+100 Mbps)—perfect for working remotely. The ocean view? Unbelievable. Better than any rooftop bar in Quy Nhon. We didn’t even want to leave for the beach—it felt like our own private heaven. And Diep, the host, was the heart of it all. She welcomed us with such warmth and care that we started calling her family. She checked in daily, gave amazing local tips, and truly looked after us like an angel. I have travelled a lot and used airbnb for years but this apartment is my most favorite so far. This is a must stay place when you visit Qui Nhon. The apartment is super clean with modern Western minimalist design, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meal. I was impressed with the rice cooker that they have. They stock everything you need from the shampoo to laundry detergent, you feel like home when you stay here. The view is stunning that you can see the bay on the back and the ocean from the front. A plus for a very convenient location, down the street only couple blocks you will find a local street food Phan Boi Chau that can feed your whole family full of flavors for less than $10. If you want to experience the local seafood market for fresh seafood, it is to your left for only 10mins walk. You can even walk to the main street Xuan Dieu with lots of seafood restaurants and full of entertainments at night like the bars, coffee shops, night park, etc, LOVE

Great in every way. I will come back to Quy Nhon and will choose this hotel again when I come back. I would love to visit this place again with my lover if possible. If possible, I would like to contribute to a festival like the 'Itaewon Global Village Festival' in Seoul, Korea being held in Quy Nhon. (Seoul Yongsan-gu and Binh Dinh Quy Nhon are cities that have sisterhood ties) Because I am the editor of the 20th anniversary book of 'Itaewon Global Village Festival'.

Tuan's parents are the actual host of our stay, and i was amazed by how genuinely friendly, helpful, hospitable they are. The location is awesome with so many local delicacies around (5-7 mins driving max). Already making a plan to come back and visit this extraordinary city and people.

The view is really nice. It's a nice room with a view of the sea on a high floor. The host was friendly and the furniture, such as the sofa, was well maintained as if it was new. There is a refrigerator and hot plate, so you can cook simple meals. There were some flies, but other than that, I recommend it as a rare clean room with no bugs.
