Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Private patio with barbecue area is down by the jetty. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car or bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn to our island. The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the jetty. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller or roller bags.

Härlig sommaridyll, 40 min med bil från Stockholm. Buss från stan stannar 350 meter från huset. 20 m från tomten finns en fin liten badstrand och brygga där kajaken, som ingår i hyran, ligger. Det finns ytterliga 3 badstränder på gångavstånd. Stugan har öppen planlösning med bäddsoffa för två och loft med dubbelsäng. Utmärkt mobiltäckning (5G). Närmaste granne, 100 meter från stugan. Ni har hela 12 000 kvm härlig naturtomt helt för er själva med fyra solstolar och hängmattor för sköna dagar.

Kolgrill om man vill grilla och glas/tallrikar och bestick finns. Vattenkokare och te/espressomaskin finns på rummet. En riktigt god frukost ingår

Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi.
