Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Independent 18 m² studio in Vinay: "l'Estourmel"

Ideally located between Grenoble & Valence, at the foot of the Vercors & hills, along the Véloroute 63, our house from the end of the 18th century has just been renovated. It was built following a great famine and financed with 1 bag of wheat... it is steeped in history. Built in the shade of walnut trees & a typical Bas-Dauphiné walnut dryer from 1744 (1 of 2 dryers in the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in any season.

Independent and on one level, the cottage is located on a large property with shared access to the natural pool and garden. Private covered parking under the porch. Close to the village center. Are you looking for a quiet holiday in a green setting? We are located 15 minutes' drive from Vinay and the A49, on the hills facing the Vercors and a stone's throw from the Chambaran forest. In our small hilltop village, we welcome you in an old watchtower that shares the grounds of our house. We are happy to share this project with you and wish to pass on these values of meeting and exchanging to our two daughters.
