This place is amazing. The water view is great and large windows allow you to enjoy the view on a cold winter day. Kitchen is upgraded and very nice. Plenty of space for 8 people. The heater was a little noisy but the house was warm and comfortable. Great location near Boothbay Botanical Gardens.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The views were lovely, the lake was refreshing, the beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen stuff, and the showers were hot. The house mostly has what you need. It could use a few more dish towels and bath towels. The long drive to Acadia got tiresome.

Quiet and serene. We visited with 3 kids and our dog. We spend spring break here and being early in the season most stores and restaurants were jot yet open. We managed amd had good quality family time. Loved the area which had ample Preserves to go on one or two walks each day. The house was clean and had ample supplies from towesl to kitchenware. Highly recommend this spot. Thank you!

The cabin was perfect for a short spring break. Close to Mt Desert & the Schoodic Peninsula in a beautiful peaceful location with views of Mt Desert and Frenchman Bay from the hot tub - which we really appreciated on a cold wet day! Great communication from John throughout.

It's rare, but the pictures didn't do justice to the house- the home exceeded the photos! It's a gorgeous home, VERY clean, with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well supplied (better than any other Airbnb we've been in)- knives are sharp, the pots and pans are well-seasoned, plenty of herbs and spices, and the kitchen is perfect for everyone to gather round to chat and cook. Everything we needed was there for us. The setting is absolutely wonderful! Private, with woods all the way around. The only (very slightly) negative comment would be that it's really difficult to find when you're driving in for the first time, and it's dark. Three couples met there, after driving for 3 days. All of us drove past the driveway the first time, but a friendly neighbor helped us find our way. Once we knew where to turn in for the driveway, it was all good. All 6 of us agree- we would all highly recommend, and when we go back to Maine we will definitely stay there again!!

The house and surrounding area were beautiful. Ethan was an incredible host who was quick and friendly in his responses and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend and you cannot beat the sunrise coming over the surrounding mountains or the sunsets while sitting in the hot tub. Spenser's place was pretty perfect for our needs. Loved the hot tub, lots of towels, lots of kitchen supplies and room for the 7 of us. Would suggest have a few more chairs for the dining room since the home can fit 8 people. We just took a chair from the deck, which was fine. There were a lot of flies just hanging out with us, a few lady bugs too. The many flies were slow, so easy to catch. But still 5 stars! Thanks so much!
