Spacious, modern and clean apartment next to a park and a big supermarket. Quiet area but 15 mins walkto many pubs and restaurant. Everything inside was clean and modern. When we arrived, however, the apartment was a bit cold because the previous guests had turned off the heating. We notified Jelena, who immediately provided an electric heater. In the end, we never used it because the flat was very warm with the heating on. The only negative point was the time it took us to find the flat. With the address provided Waze and G Map took us to a primary school. We have to call Jelena to guide us in the right direction. A map with the exact location would be very useful in the chekin instruction. Other than that, all perfect.

In general, everything is fine. A private place, with a closed territory, there is a place to play with the child. You can leave your car outside the gate. Nearby is a zoo, cafe, shop. There are small disadvantages, but they are not critical and in general they do not affect the stay. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the place. Location is great within the old city, and near the public transport and central railway station if you plan one-day trips outside of Riga. Check-in was smooth and Oksana was helpful and proactive with instructions. We recommend it.

I travled to Beltics and stayed here for a night, the place is surprisingly wonderful! Liga was super nice and sent me all the info I needed before checking in. Place is easy to find, the location is perfect, just next to the church! You will love the window view! Highly recommended!

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

Thank you to our kind and wonderful hosts who looked after us very well, and for lending their beautiful and immaculate apartment. Everything one needs, and very tranquil surroundings. Perfect location to explore Riga and surroundings, and so much to see, from the sea to the museums, opera, ballet, symphony orchestra, and excellent restaurants. And a history that needs exploring. Hope to return in the summer for walking and swimming, and will look forward to staying here again.

Very welcoming and responsive host, Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Well placed close to all amenities, Thanks again for a great stay! Small downside if you don't have two very functional legs, the accommodation is on the 5th floor without an elevator(not enough to remove a star though)

Modern & Peaceful Guest house near the Waters!

The AirBnB was exactly as described. A very nice place for a getaway. The beach is within walking distance and the AirBnB is easily accessible by public transport from Riga. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful garden with barbecue facilities due to the many mosquitoes. Communication with Helena was very warm and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt completely comfortable.

Comfortable bed, great view and extremely well situated in the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean.Although we found the apartment without fault I would not recommend it to anyone with disabilities as there are a lot of stairs to climb (5 floors). My stay at Kiki's place was comfortable, easy and nice! The overall location of the house was a tiny bit peculiar as we got to see some locals throwing some fits by the building. But otherwise just watch your head on the 2nd floor, It's SUPER LOW.
