Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Some of the best parts about vacations are the memories. Our extended stay of two weeks at Isabelle’s home brings us memories of quiet nights, relaxing mornings and a home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the fully fitted kitchen after shopping at the Farmers Market in town. Our day trips into Paris were eventful, but we were always happy to get back to Croissy for the evening. Isabelle has been able to incorporate a sensible and sophisticated design in her flat. An attentive host that reached out to us during our stay to make sure our experience would measure up to her expectations as a premier owner. We departed Croissy as happy travelers with fond remembrances.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was priceless! The apartment was very comfortable and a lovely oasis to come home to each evening. Thank you, Christophe! You are a gracious host and we appreciated your personal tips about your place , as well as suggestions for restaurants and shopping in the area.

Wir haben kein einziges Mal das Auto benutzt und waren nur mit dem Zug etc. unterwegs. Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr durchdacht eingerichtet und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es ist äußerst ärgerlich, wenn Airbnb Wohnung beispielsweise eine Spülmaschine haben aber keine tabs ebenso eine Waschmaschine aber kein Pulver etc. Hier in der Wohnung war jedes Detail durchdacht und man musste als Gast an solche Kleinigkeiten nicht denken. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

La maison est très accueillante et spacieuse, notamment le bureau et les chambres. 1 table et 6 chaises dans la salle à manger et la même chose dans le jardin, laissant la possibilité de manger dehors sans contrainte. Les points positifs : 2 des chambres proposent une chambre annexe très pratique. Tous les produits nécessaires étaient à disposition (liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, sopalin, torchons...) et la cuisine est bien équipée (dont 3 cafetières !). La télé bénéficie des chaînes d'une box. La présence de 2 toilettes est un plus et le jardin est très agréable. Lionel s'est montré très disponible et réactif. Les points moins positifs : Les escaliers grincent mais ne gênent pas le sommeil pour autant (même pour les gens au sommeil léger comme moi) et une organisation est nécessaire pour les douches avec une seule salle de bain pour 6. Ces petits détails n'ont pour autant rien gâché au séjour et la maison a été très appréciée à l'unanimité ! Je recommande ce logement !

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Iteb ! Après nous avoir accueilli comme des princes, Iteb a pris le temps de nous présenter le logement et de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque équipement de l’espace piscine. L’espace piscine est tout simplement grandiose ! Piscine de 14m de longueur, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, espace fitness avec écran géant et siège massant dernier cri ! Tout simplement génial ! Iteb sait et aime recevoir, il est généreux, très sympathique et ne manque pas de sujets de conversation ! Nous avons également eut la chance de pouvoir accéder à son incroyable cinéma tout équipé pour une séance privé que nous ne sommes prêt d’oublier ! Un séjour inoubliable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout Iteb ;)

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Madame Milka est une personne très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse. Elle sait vraiment mettre les gens à l’aise et se rend disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et votre bienveillance. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

This comfortable apartment was affordable and a good base to visit Paris. The canal and a lovely park are within walking distance and it is close to a metro station for travel around Paris. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I did have a problem getting the induction hob to work, as I have not used one before but, I messaged the apartment manager, who responded very quickly and provided a video to solve my problem. Siam was a very good host and I would certainly rent his apartment again, for short trip. Thank you Siam!

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!
