The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

So many words come to my mind as I write this review, but I think the two that describe it so well are idyllic and peaceful. We were so incredibly thrilled to book Martine’s home for our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and the peacefulness of village life. Yet, even though it was a small village, they had so many amenities (Boulanger, Charcuterie, restaurants, markets, Patisserie) that were within walking distance from the home. After the hustle and bustle of Paris and Bordeaux, it was absolute heaven to be able to stay at their home in Rochecorbon. If I could, I would definitely give it more than five stars.

La casa de Julien es perfecta, está nueva y renovada con mucho gusto. La decoración, el salón con ese espacio enorme de granero, todo hace que te sientas como en casa, además todo está muy limpio.El terreno es muy grande, y hay un bonito espacio para hacer barbacoa y una mesa preciosa para estar fuera. Sin duda,volveremos porque además es un punto estratégico para visitar los castillos del Loira.

Super weekend passé chez Anne et Yvon avec nos 3 filles. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, très fonctionnelle et très cosy, et le parc est à couper le souffle ! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Tour et les châteaux à proximité, et situé dans un endroit paisible et très calme. Anne et Yvon sont adorables et nous ont accueillis comme des amis, allez-y sans hésiter !

Everything about this place was amazing! It’s so well done. The location is beautiful, the space had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed our time outside. Françoise was a great host. The only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Très bon accueil de la part de Laurent et de sa maman. Ils ont su répondre à nos questions et nos attentes. Gîte correspondant à nos attentes, tant pour les humains que pour notre compagnon à 4 pattes du fait du grand espace entièrement clôturé. Emplacement calme et ressourçant. Séjour trop court et pas à la bonne période pour profiter de la piscine( dommage pour nous). Pensons fortement y retourner afin de profiter de celle-ci et de revoir nos hôtes afin de partager un verre de l'amitié.

Séjour très agréable chez Christophe. La literie est très confortable et la maison propre. Logement très bien placé pour la visite de châteaux, du zoo de Beauval et autres. Christophe est très arrangeant et agréable. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de connection TV. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir! Encore merci !

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. Nos enfants âgés de 11 ans (et nous même) ont adoré l'endroit, en particulier les structures extérieures avec une piscine très grande dans laquelle ils se sont follement amusés. L'endroit est très sympathique, nos hôtes ont été très gentils et très hospitaliers. Bel environnement, le village est très sympathique, pour les amateurs de tranquillité et d'authenticité. A découvrir ! ps : nous avons adoré les pizzas que proposent les propriétaires du bar du village :-)
