Spotless, charming appartment in Belleville. Host is very responsive and nice. Neighbourhood is lively and interesting. *Just be mindful that Belleville metro station is a prostitution hot spot at night. Did not feel unsafe but it is pretty obvious and shocking.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Very clean accommodation 2 steps from the metro that takes you directly to central Paris. Quiet neighborhood and most importantly a parking space in the basement. The bedding is great, everything is perfect for a single person or couple. I'll think about coming back if I have to go to Paris again.

We had a great time at Heidi's place. We were there for a trade show and the apartment is conveniently located in relation to the exhibition center. The apartment is small but clean, very well-equipped and functional. Parking spaces are an undeniable plus! Access to the apartment and garage is very easy. The apartment was really lovely, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well resourced, I even cooked a Christmas dinner for 5. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from RER station, where you can get a train to disney which is only 1 stop, or you can easily walk to disney in about 15/20 minutes. There is a huge shopping centre 6/7 minutes away plus a supermarket just around the corner. Dominique is a fantastic host, he was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had before our stay, and kept in communication to ensure we arrived in the apartment ok, plus he was on call if we had any problems, which we didn't. I can't recommend this apartment enough,we will definitely be returning.

we would really like to note Anna's place. This apartment is in our soul. Incredibly cozy and comfortable. Beautiful view from the window, there is a bakery nearby with the best mmdal croissants, as well as two large supermarkets. Communication with the hosts was great, they were incredibly friendly and kind to us. Thank you very much for this opportunity to stay at your place❤️

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

This was a great apartment in a perfect location. It is very much as described with all the facilities listed. The only downside was that the bunk beds are very small and suitable only for children. This isn't made clear in the description. I survived the tiny bed and thin mattress and would definitely go again for the space and the location.

I've only been using hotels in the Bilancourt area, but this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it a house that was spacious enough for 2 people to use. Gary was kind enough to welcome us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we needed him a lot. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1 min from Boris's accommodation took us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the staircase at the entrance to the building when you have a lot of luggage. But honestly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thanks Boris for hosting us! We'll go back if we have a chance.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

We felt very comfortable. A sunny breakfast room where you can make yourself comfortable and like to stay. And you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by metro. I'd love to come back.

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.
