David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is the most relaxing place to stay , as four women we really enjoyed coming back to a beautiful apartment and hot tub after a long day sighting seeing . It is spotless and has every amenity you could think of . Nice restaurants near by and easy to get to from central Paris , two short train journeys or a quick uber . Feifei is very welcoming and accommodating. There is also a friendly , funny rabbit that lives in the garden who likes to sneak into the hot tub area 😂

Elenas Wohnung war als Ausgangspunkt für eine Paris Reise perfekt. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto und sehr ruhig gelegen . Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir brauchten. Wir mochten unseren morgendlichen Kaffee auf dem kleinen Balkon - wir fühlten uns fast wie Einheimische! Wir waren 2 Nächte als Familie mit 3 Kindern dort und wir hatten genug Platz, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Elena ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Elena und ihre Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Danke für alles, liebe Elena!💕

Melanie to dobry gospodarz, apartament bardzo ładny, zgodny z opisem i ze zdjęciami. wszystko co potrzebne w tym apartamencie się znajdowało: pralka i kapsułki do prania, zmywarka i tabletki do niej, wyposażenie kuchni pełne, ze można swobodnie gotować, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka, a na nudę nawet gry planszowe. Instrukcje dotarcia na miejsce, jasne i klarowne, weszliśmy bez problemu. Jest również taras na którym można poczytać książkę czy wybić poranną kawę. Kontakt z Melanie doskonały. W okolicy targi rupieci, jeśli ktoś lubi, może wyszukać tam perełki. do metra 13 spacerem 15 minut. w okolicy kawiarnie, puby i piekarnie. serdecznie polecam 🙂

Das Appartement von Thierry entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Viele Familien, jung und alt haben diesen Stadtteil geprägt. Die Nähe zu wunderbaren Bars und Restaurants ist top. Gerade nach einer langen Sightseeingtour haben wir es genossen uns Sushi oder Pizza to Go zu holen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich in fussläufiger Nähe vorhanden. Thierry hat uns persönlich empfangen und war sehr freundlich und hatte genug Zeit uns das wichtigste für unseren Paris Aufenthalt zu erzählen. Die Nähe zum Zug ins Zentrum von Paris hat uns auch sehr gefallen, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und nur 2 Stationen ins Zentrum von Paris. Alles in allem sehr schön, können wir nur empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und unsere Kinder ebenfalls.

The apartment was perfect. It was spacious with every need thought of and provided. We are a family of 4, all adults and all of us had space enough to do our own thing if needed. Just to relax or work, everything was set up perfectly. The feather in the cap is the balcony. The view is to die for. Just to absorbe the absolute silence in the mornings or to sit and relax with food in the evenings. This trip to paris will be unforgettable not just because of this beautiful city but also the stay. It was so comfortable and peaceful.

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war top. Bis in die Innenstadt kann man ca. 40min einplanen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
