Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its backyard is very convenient for parking the car (narrow street in front!)

The accommodation is charming, extremely functional and conveniently located. Lisa and Maxence were very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. And we'll probably be back! It feels like home. Great location. Ocean view. Very nice, bright, cozy apartment. Clean and well arranged accommodation. Very well equipped and spacious. Location close to the center, you can do anything on foot. Small downside on sound insulation. We had a great weekend.

Very well located accommodation (everything is within walking distance, even the memorial just a 30-minute walk away), very well appointed and equipped. Very accommodating host to allow a check-in according to our desire. Please note bath towels included in the rental, which I had not seen when booking. I recommend it without hesitating!!

We had a great weekend at the place. It is close to a bar, restaurant and convenience store on foot, while being in a very quiet alley. It is ideally located between Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches! We had a problem and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks to them!! The little extra that makes the difference: the jacuzzi to relax after a good day of sightseeing.

We spent two days in the accommodation. It was clean and functional. The only small downside is that you have to walk at least 500 m with a suitcase to get to the accommodation. Otherwise, it's true to the description. Have a good trip.
