Located on the ground floor of a house, direct garden view. 7 minutes' walk from the RER A (20 minutes from the Etoile), 10 minutes from Rueil 2000 in a very quiet area. TV (Netflix and Amazon Video), Wi-Fi + ethernet. Equipped kitchenette. "Rapido" sofa bed (real premium mattress, the sofa opens in a jiffy and the seat is independent of the mattress). You will also find all the essentials for a good breakfast. Free parking.

Studio-Breakfast included-The Campus Cottage

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

Public transportation and nearby highways: - RER B Palaiseau is a 12-minute walk (25/30 minutes to get to the heart of Paris in 25/30 minutes). - A6/A10 at 2 min. - N118 at 7 min. Bakery and city intersection 2 min walk. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk (shopping, restaurant, tobacco, market...). Plateau de Saclay and Polytechnique nearby.

It has a quiet and exceptional location for visiting Versailles and Paris. It is a 2-minute walk to the castle, close to the market (5-minute walk) and many shops, cafes and restaurants. It has a beautiful fireplace for winter evenings! The 3 Versailles train stations are within walking distance to visit Paris.
