You will feel at ease in this 35 m² apartment for 4 people, featuring tasteful and understated décor. The accommodation is located 400 m from the shuttle stop for the alpine ski resort (Côte 2000) or the Nordic ski area (Bois Barbu). Both are only 3 km from the apartment. You can reach the village (without a vehicle) in ten minutes to access its shops, and in fifteen minutes you’ll find its many facilities (aquatic center, ice rink, fitness area, bowling alley, cinema, library, etc.).

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!).
