I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

i spent a week in the accommodation in October for work. It is possible to go by the sea in 5"on foot and jog along the avenue along the sea. The water is very clean, you can also swim even if this is not the perfect place. After work, it was very pleasant.

Patrizia's apartment is nestled in the pretty medieval center of Aieta, a village that surprised us with its alleys, Renaissance palace, and atmosphere. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are well-kept and there is a strong attention to detail. You will find everything you need in the apartment for a short stay. From the accommodation you can reach in 20-30 minutes by car, the island of Dino, the beaches of S. Nicola Arcella and Maratea. The road is characterized by several hairpin bends but offers a beautiful view. I would recommend this accommodation to those looking for a quiet corner and want to live in a different size. The country also offers several restaurant alternatives for local specialties. Patrizia was a kind and very welcoming host, attentive to pointing out the initiatives and the peculiarities of the place. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from this fantastic vacation, the accommodation is equipped with every comfort and very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for those like us traveling with a small child. The village is well maintained and the entertainment also organized many events for young and old. We really appreciate Grazia's hospitality and friendliness.

The apartment is comfortable,after renovation,everything is shining,clean. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories(new,good quality) for cooking. The terrace,its own separate corner in silence and peace,wonderful!Proximity to the sea, 5 minutes walk. Everything is great!Hosts Sandro and Paola are friendly and hospitable people,always accommodating to our wishes and requests. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and humanity!

Teresa’s apartment is very clean with a well equipped kitchen (& bathroom). My stay was in the winter & Teresa made sure the apartment was warm for my stay. I arrived much later than my agreed check in time & Teresa was so kind & flexible about my delay. Teresa went out of her way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay & I’m very grateful. Certainly, I would stay again at this apartment in the future.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

The apartment is in a very convenient location in central Cosenza. It is equipped with all the amenities you would need for a stay of any length. The bedroom is very dark and quiet- you will sleep well here! The terrace is a highlight with beautiful views of the city and surrounding lamdscape- on clear days you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Pollino. Vittorio is responsive, helpful, and friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. I would recommend him as a host anytime!

Spacious and light apartment with awesome sea views 😍 Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Within walking distance of Intavolata beach - very steep hill but the stairs make it somewhat easier, and definitely worth the walk! We can recommend driving to Cetraro for bars and the Agape restaurant. All the people in the area are super friendly, the mountains in the Northern Calabria region are beautiful and calm, but still some interesting places to be visited (deserted villages, some of the Borghi piu belli d'Italia, mountain walks). Location out of the chaos, clean and adorned apartment

Very comfortable apartment, spacious, well-kept, with everything you need and more. There are many comforts and the possibility of being on the terrace enjoying a fairytale view. Very welcome some basic products to be found upon arrival. Lovely view, and wonderful terrace. Easy and convenient parking lot. It feels peaceful. Todd is very accurate and correct. We stayed with two adults and a little girl for 7 days. The house was as shown in the photo and description, clean and complete with all the comforts. Carmine left us the refrigerator full of fruit and everything we needed for breakfast. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and the village is cozy. Parking is always within walking distance of the house. I recommend it

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!
