House vacation rentals in Villanova

We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for accommodating our family as we engaged in the passing of my father and his memorial services. Kayla offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout on Sunday so that my mom, siblings and our families could have a private brunch gathering at the AirB&B to share memories and reminisce about my dad. It was extremely special because we found little to no time to talk amongst ourselves the day before during my father’s services. We shared photo albums, cards that were sent to us in condolence of our loss, and personal memories that were written during the memorial services the day before. It was such an amazing and emotional experience to honor my father in such an intimate setting. We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for their and hospitality. This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want. It had a beautiful family room area and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The pool was absolutely beautiful, but too cold for us to use at this time. The yard was completely fenced and very private. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We hope to stay again soon!

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was roomy, clean, & comfortable, & parking was convenient. There were 2 suites with attached bathrooms. We really appreciated the 3 full, & 2 half baths. It has a beautiful kitchen & hardwood floors on the main level. The air conditioning felt amazing after coming in from the heat. We could walk to town & a river trail. Daisy was great. She was helpful, friendly, & very responsive. She left us water bottles & snacks, which was really kind. We highly recommend Daisy's place!

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

Beautiful home and surroundings …very clean….. would stay there again

Bi is a good host and answered communications quickly and clearly. Beds were comfortable. There were five of us and there only is one bathroom, but everyone was good about taking turns. The weather was cool and rainy, but had we had better weather we would have spent more time on the property, with its koi pond and outdoor kitchen, which looked very cool. We were there for a wedding and didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. All-in-all, our stay was a success. Thank you.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Villanova University. We have a large immediate family and this home offered us a place to gather and stay with much more comfort and value than individual hotel rooms. The house was spotless, private and had a large yard with plenty of parking for our 4 adult children joining us for the graduation weekend. Jess was extremely responsive before our arrival, and throughout our visit. The photos are accurate as well as the description of the property. 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds make this a hidden gem for a stay!

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

My Fiancé and I had such an incredible stay here. It was one of the most charming airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Jeffrey was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. We were greeted with a lovely card and bottle of wine. The airbnb was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for staycations, families, romantic weekends and much more. There was plenty of space inside and outside and we loved the tavern downstairs. Will definitely be coming back!

Home was perfect for our stay in the Pa area. Parking was a little tight getting in and out of the driveway. We would stay there again.

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Mark! I give this place a 10 out of 5!!!

My family had a great stay while in town for a bridal shower. The house is lovely and as described. Our niece loved the teddy bear in the crib!
