This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. I stayed here with my wife and our four children, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the small touches inside the apartment made a big difference. Thank you so much for hosting us — we would definitely love to come back again in the future! Highly recommended for families!

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation bis Self-Checkin lief problemlos. Unterkunft nah am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Konditor in der Umgebung, wo man keine Venedig Preise für einen Kaffee im Sitzen zahlt, Supermarkt auch gut. Preis/Leistung des Zimmers gut, Venedig ist einfach teuer. Obwohl nicht in der Beschreibung, waren auch Handtücher vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist das etwas enge Badezimmer und kleines Waschbecken.

Fantastic place to stay for a group of 4 in Venice, pictures accurately depict the actual home, was cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, Antonio was very responsive and helpful with all our queries. I left my left Airpod in the house after checking out, and he was willing to mail it to the next city in Italy that I was headed to. Many thanks Antonio for being so accommodating and friendly, highly recommend if you are looking for a short stay in Venice!

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

This is a big, beautiful and clean apartment that's in a great location. The caretakers are incredibly responsive. For reasons that weren't any fault of theirs, I had to contact them more often than I usually would at an Airbnb, but they were always quick, helpful, cheerful and professional. It should be noted that this is a residential building so you will hear the neighbours going about their daily lives and they will probably hear you going about yours. There are comments about the church bells next door, which do ring quite often, but IIRC they remain silent between 8pm and 8am.

Очень рекомендую, идеальное место для отдыха. Чистота , тишина, доступность транспорта и супермаркетов в округе, парк с утками и выдрами которых можно кормить. Хозяева заслуживают отдельных похвал. Чёткие и подробные инструкции как попасть в жильё, рекомендации, и даже поможь когда мой муж заболел. Советую от всего сердца.Спасибо за прекрасный отпуск.

Een ruim appartement op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Verona. Het was zo 20-30 minuten lopen en er ging ook een bus. Wij reisden met de trein en het station is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Het appartement is ruim en schoon en we werden heel gastvrij ontvangen. Het ligt in een rustige woonwijk en heeft een heerlijk balkon. We verbleven er drie nachten en zouden het zeker aanbevelen.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.
