Vacation rentals with a pool in Villanova

Sehr schönes Haus zentral gelegen in der Nähe der wunderschönen Stadt Ostuni. Eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail. 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit en-suite Bad und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zu viert. Sehr netter Empfang durch Martine, welche immer sofort bei Fragen/Problemen erreichbar und sehr hilfreich war. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage sind traumhaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, das schmale Einfahrtstor, welches in Vorbemerkungen erwähnt wurde, war kein Problem für uns.

Abbiamo passato 4 magnifici giorni nella casa. Accogliente, decorata e curata benissimo, spaziosa e in un luogo magnifico. I proprietari molto disponibili in caso di bisogno / domande. Consiglio assolutamente!!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Highly recommend this villa. The house was really comfortable for our two families and had everything we needed for our stay. The house has a large garden with the olive and fruit trees, and a very spacious outdoor area to eat and entertain. The house is also very close to the town, supermarkets, etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans les Pouilles. Un voyage en famille qui marquera nos esprits et notre coeur pour longtemps. Daniela et son mari sont très gentils et accueillants. Le logement est conforme au descriptif et pratique. Chaque jour est ponctué de petites attentions et de conseils precieux.

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

Logement fonctionnel, hyper propre et amenagé avec goût. A proximité du centre ville et de la gare (trains et bus) pour découvrir d'autres villes voisines. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

Annachiara nous a accueilli et a toujours été réactive à nos demandes. La Casa Carucci est une excellente découverte : bel endroit, très bien entretenu par Antonio, qui donne un supplément d'âme à ce lieu. C'est une personne d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande générosité. Ce séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans toutes ses petites attentions : Milskake, glaces, bruschettas et boissons rafraichissantes ainsi que les légumes de son jardin mis à disposition. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller d'y séjourner. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter :-)

Hôte très accueillant qui nous a aidé à sortir nos bagages. Parle très bien le français. La villa est au calme, très reposant. L’appartement est très bien équipé, même la cuisine ce qui est très rare. Très bien situé près D’ Alberobello, Locorantodo, Ostuni. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Hôte pro actif, les informations sont envoyées en amont. Le logement est fidèle aux photos fournies et très propre. Le cadre avec terrasse et piscine sont super. Tout à été fait avec goût. A l'arrivée eau fraîche et fruits, appréciable après un long voyage.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in schöner ruhiger Lage in der Natur! Katia und Anselmo sind wirklich sehr herzliche Gastgeber und ich habe mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte mit jedem Anliegen zu ihnen kommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Ich komme gerne wieder ☺️ Danke!

Buongiorno Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente. Casa pulitissima, proprietari disponibili e gentili mi hanno fatto sentire a casa, persino nel villaggio e le persone all'ingresso nella guardiola disponibile e cordiali. La sera a bordo piscina organizzavano sempre qualcosa. Direi che se non fosse che mi si è rotta la macchina e quest'anno il servizio navetta non partiva dal villaggio, sarebbero state perfette. Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

Absolutely stunning and perfection! Enea has restored this Trulli taking care to preserve the historical details and adding all the modern luxuries without overdoing it. It feels like a peaceful country home with a gorgeous setting; those hillside sea views and all the privacy one could want. It almost feels like a shame to leave the property to explore the area. A week is not too long. Enea is also a very responsive host, happy to share his knowledge of the area and suggests things to do. We had one of our favourite tours at a local 7 generation plus Masseria that produced quality extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to ask!

L’Antico Pozzo exceeded all expectations! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how lovely the host is. We were greeted warmly and everything was explained. The design and layout are spectacular; the decor is beautiful; the amenities were a delight; and so many thoughtful details go above and beyond anything we have experienced anywhere else. There was Prosecco and other drinks in the refrigerator. There was tea and coffee, cakes and other treats in the full kitchen. Everything was beautiful. The grotto pool was exquisite and a great way to relax after a day of touring. This place is a must if you are staying in Martina Franca!

Vi nød vores ophold i Ferruccios smukke træhytte. Den ligger i et skønt og roligt område omgivet af oliventræer og marker. Ferruccios nabo var meget behjælpelig med indtjekning og generel hjælp. Tak for et dejligt ophold. Vi kan varmt anbefale det til andre, der gerne vil nyde en ferie i et roligt område, der kun er en lille køretur fra havet og flere hyggelige byer.

Andrew’s home is warm and homey. Beautifully designed. Angela, the house manager worked into the night to meet us when our flight was delayed and directed us directly to the house. Ceglie Messapica was barely mentioned in suggested Puglia cities and/or itineraries. . . It’s wonderful. . . and captures the heart, history and spirit that larger attractions (Ostuni, Arabellbelo, etc) recieve. Good restaurants, helpful local merchants and fellow tourists. . . . And there is a clean, wonderful pool

Communication was really easy with Nathalie, which made the check in really straightforward and hassle free. The property is exactly as pictured - bright and spacious. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the trullo for 4 nights with friends. Such a relaxing space to enjoy the pulgian countryside in the olive & fruit trees. The kitchen is well equipped to do all your cooking & we enjoyed dinners on the outdoor bbq. Donata is proactive with easy instructions on how to get to the property & Francesca greeted us on arrival to show us around. I would highly recommend staying if you are looking for a luxury house stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Miriam’s beautiful Trullo! Everything was so thoughtfully prepared — from clear arrival instructions (with a translator!) to a welcome basket filled with homemade biscuits, local treats, and even bath salts and lotion for the jacuzzi. The pool was fantastic, and our kids loved the inflatables and pool noodles. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. One especially lovely gesture was when Miriam’s mother left us a plate of delicious home-cooked artichokes on our second day. The layout of the home gave both us and the kids space to enjoy. The location is great too — close to beautiful beaches and the town center. Miriam was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable stay and would love to return!
