This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We wanted peace and that's what we got 100% during our stay. The beautiful accommodation and the location right by the sea are unique. The taxi boat to the nearby town was adventurous and something special. Because we knew that we had to register and plan our trips early, it was a good opportunity for us as a family with two teenagers to communicate with each other and coordinate our activities. We spent most of the time on the island because the large pool and the sea were the highlight for all of us. We chose the perfect time, there were hardly any other people on the island, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Luciana, who lives in the apartment next door, spoiled us with a delicious Parmecano and a LimoncelloCrema liqueur. She was so sweet and warm, that was a real gift and an unexpected surprise. Dalia was always available for questions. We would come back anytime.

The house is very well-kept and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well maintained, clean and cozy. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via Airbnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a phone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well-equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's quiet and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive! 2 beaches that are a 15-minute walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. Thank you Gloria who was very responsive and helpful with restaurant ideas. Ciao!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

The house was clean and tidy, in the historic center of Iglesias, a stone's throw from the cathedral. It's good for short stays, great location for visiting the surrounding area.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

We have a lovely 4 night stay at Wisteria House. The house, garden and location is exactly as described. Victoria and Vanessa were excellent at suggesting local events, beaches and amenities. We loved sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice, spacious and great location place. You will find everything you need to live there comfortably for days. We really liked it and enjoyed our stay.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We had a great stay here, even though we stayed a little shorter than planned the hosts were very understanding and friendly! The house was just as expected with everything we needed. Bonus points for the washing machine, so great to be able to do your own laundry! Everything was clean and we were very satisfied overall!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Traditional house paired with modern Amenities. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view.

The house is very modernly furnished. The appliances are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, only storage facilities are missing in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.
