Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

It is divided into two floors and has a large equipped kitchen that guests can use. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where in summer a swimming pool is placed. You can park your own car comfortably. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
