Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Villa Rosa

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Ho soggiornato da Chiara 3 notti , la casa è ben curata e comoda, piccola ma ben attrezzata, perfetta per 2 persone. Ho apprezzato molto il parcheggio gratuito a due passi dall’abitazione. Corridonia è situata in posizione strategica per visitare Macerata, Recanati e Ascoli Piceno tre città davvero deliziose La comunicazione con Chiara è stata facile e amichevole Grazie Chiara per aver contribuito a rendere speciale la nostra piccola vacanza!! Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

ottima soluzione, sia per gli ampi spazi disponibili, sia per la pulizia, sia per la disponibilità e prontezza nel rispondere ad ogni messaggio, ma soprattutto per la posizione, a due passi dal centro, ma comunque senza confusione. se proprio dovessi sforzarmi di trovare una pecca, consiglierei degli asciugamani da doccia più grandi, ma è proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. insomma, per me è consigliatissimo.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

we stayed here in 2019. Alessio was very helpful last time and once again gave us a wonderful experience. We recommend this to everyone as we are certain that you will enjoy the experience.. Keep up the good work Alessio.. We may see you again....

Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Excellente adresse située à proximité immédiate du centre historique de L'Aquila. L'appartement est bien équipé et est très spacieux. De plus, Alessandro est un hôte qui cherchera à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Merci encore

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

Casa estremamente accogliente con ogni agevolazione. Fornita di tutto. Sabrina e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili, accoglienti e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema dovesse capitare. Il mare si raggiunge in auto in 15 minuti, ma la casa è a pochi minuti dal paese Ripatransone, un gioiellino. Grazie di tutto

Great apartment with excellent amenities in quiet location. Struggled to check in but that was due to me not reading instructions properly - host was easily contacted and very quickly resolved our problems. Well equipped, spacious apartment which was perfect for our needs.

Durante il soggiorno ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento era logicasticamente ben collegato con il centro città e la spiaggia. Appartamento ben pulito e fornito di tutte le caratteristiche elencate. Ottimo il rapporto con Nicola, molto disponibile.

Wonderful apartment to stay in the center of Pescara! Great amenities and easy to go on foot around the city. We also received advice for parking and where to go for great food. Recommended!!
