Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villa Parque Síquiman

Beautiful stay at Marite's house. We arrived early and luckily was available to enter. The house is re equipped, rests well, the shower spotless. The Area seemed safe and quiet to me. We will definitely rent again in case of going to Carlos Paz. Thank you Marite and the lady who took care of us

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, by Uber too, not so much on foot but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (not much either). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and always available

The place is excellent, it has a nice pool although we did not have the opportunity to use it because the weather did not give. The 10-point view, you get up and take a few mates looking at the lake in its entirety. The house with a large living room and never missing space, as observation the WiFi was not excellent but it is understandable for the place where one is

Everything was good, Magdalena was super communicative and attentive.

The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. Everything is very clean, including the sheets. Good distribution of spaces and well-equipped to accommodate multiple guests. It has an incredible view and the outdoor facilities (grill, pool, deck, lounge chairs) are very practical and in good condition. Diego was very decisive with requests and gives very clear directions. The only disadvantage is getting there, the entrance and streets of the neighborhoods are complicated for low cars and parking in the garage is a bit complex.

A beautiful house, well-equipped and above all very comfortable, very cozy. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the river water. The house is even nicer in person, it feels good to be there, but the best part of the whole stay is Marina and Luna (the host and her kitten). They make you feel like it's your home

Impeccable. The house is very comfortable, with spacious rooms, good kitchen and a nice outdoor space with a large grill. Carola is always very helpful. Recommended.

María José was very friendly and kind to me and my friend. She met us at the apartment and went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was available. She communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure that all was going well. I had told her in one of my messages that I was interested in concerts at the Teatro del Libertador San Martín and she very graciously provided us with tickets and excellent seats to two wonderful concerts. Her generosity was the highlight of our visit. The apartment was in a great location. It was near the “comida por peso” place on Independencia where we were able to take home all of our meals at a reasonable price. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare everything. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Our stay was most pleasant and María José was a wonderful host.

We recently stayed at this apartment and it was a fantastic experience! The location couldn't be better—just steps away from local attractions and dining options. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the host's attentiveness; they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I loved the thoughtful touches, like the cold water waiting in the fridge and a lovely basket filled with some biscuits and goodies. It made us feel right at home. The apartment is modern and very nice. Ideal for a couple. Everything was impeccable. Super safe. Beautiful. The only thing that should be communicated is that there are no places to stock up nearby.

The Apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. Noelia was very nice, brought us a coffee pot. Very clean Apartment, big fan for the bedroom. we'll equipped kitchen. AC in living room. comfortable couch. Unfortunately the power kept going off for 2 hours at a time, not Noelia fault.

The location is very good, close to shops, stores, the terminal is very close, the apartment has several kitchen utensils and more things that are offered, Sergio was very attentive, we really appreciate the flexibility he gave us with the check-out. We would definitely come back. I recommend it.

The place is just as described and what you see in the photos... the shower is excellent, the water comes out with force, the facilities are modern. The fully equipped kitchen, the fridge with freezer is a 10! The gas stove works perfectly. The security of the building is excellent. The area has several shops very close by. Lucia is very kind, attentive to everything and with absolute flexibility for both check-in and check-out! I would choose it again every time I travel!

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Matias' apartment. Everything went perfect. The condition of the apartment was exceptional. Additionally, I found it to be a nice place to stay.

Ayelen was quick responding my questions. Very helpful. She gave us great recommendations. Apartmnet was clean and cute. Enough for 2 people to stay. 4 would fit too just be aware spaces are small like most apts in Nueva Cordoba. Great balcony, we used the grill. 10/10. We also used the washer, she had detergent and softener, which was awesome! Walkable, there is a kiosko right next to the building, a plus! Many bakeries, coffee places, restaurants. There is everything around the area, lots of people. Very safe. Would come back.

Beautiful apartment, 3 blocks from "Plaza de la Música" where renowned artists sing. We went to see Duki and the location was great. Everything worked in the apartment. Just like the photos. Nearby it has a carrefour express, pharmacy, bakery and a business that sold food. Highly recommended

Excellent apartment with an amazing view of the city! Everything worked perfectly and Virgina (a genius) was always attentive to details. She had a very nice gesture because when I asked if the apartment had a coffee maker, she bought one and made it available to me. Without a doubt, when I'm lucky enough to return to Córdoba, I'll do my best to stay at this place!
