Posizione eccellente, situata di fronte allo storico castello Ruffo, sopra le spiaggie attrezzate raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, a poche centinaia di metri dal belvedere San Rocco. Più che un soggiorno un esperienza unica... Facilmente raggiungibile dall' Aeroporto di Reggio Calabria ( 15 km circa),e da Lamezia Terme.(120 km circa).

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

A piece of paradise! We loved our stay. Caroline and Stefano were exceptional hosts. Clean place, great kitchen with all you need and beautiful, private outdoor space. We love to walk so we enjoyed the walk to town and the beach. All the views were breathtaking. 11/10!

Zeer mooi, aangenaam en modern verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Prachtige tuin en zwembad gelegen op een zeer rustige plaats. Hier en daar nog wat afwerkingen nodig (vooral buiten), maar deze locatie verdient zeker een 9,5/10. Normaal gaan we nooit 2 maal naar dezelfde locatie, maar hier overwegen wel nog eens naartoe te gaan.

Das Haus in Scilla besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage direkt am Meer und die Nähe zum Zentrum, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alessandra hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Pierluigi war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit in Scilla genossen und die charmante Atmosphäre des Ortes sowie die Nähe zum Strand sehr geschätzt.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Well done Federico!

We loved our stay in Scilla. The apartment was located on the fourth floor with a veranda overlooking the beach. We spent the majority of our time on the veranda . Comfortable seating and beautifully decorated. We look forward to coming back next year.
