Elfrida Bartolucci era mi nonna! I have beautiful childhood memories in this house. I was lucky enough to renovate and restore it while preserving the scency and aesthetics ! Their mounds, objects, and poetry books are still around. I take care of that patio with a lot of love that my nonos dedicated so much time! Excellent location, one block from the River (beautiful area) and very integrated into the city center (Santa Ana neighborhood) The house is very well equipped.

A recycled house with a minimalist style, and very good lighting. Kitchen-dining room equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishes for guests. It has a patio and barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Air conditioning in all rooms. Excellent downtown location just eight blocks from the river. A few meters away are beautiful green spaces to enjoy.

Newly remodeled small house, for 4 guests. Located 8 blocks from the pedestrian and 6 blocks from the bus terminal. Two blocks from the city's old hospital. Large kitchen, small bathroom and a spacious room with a double bed and a bunk bed ( not recommended for older people). Linens, WiFi, TV, Netflix, fan, microwave, refrigerator, heating, dishes, patio.

Spacious and serene space. 100 meters away from the waterfront. Beautiful neighborhood and grounds. Ideal place to host several travelers, very comfortable, with large garage for 2 cars, grill and large pool. Great for vacation. We don't have towel service. From April to November there's no pool service.
