Elfrida Bartolucci era mi nonna! I have beautiful childhood memories in this house. I was lucky enough to renovate and restore it while preserving the scency and aesthetics ! Their mounds, objects, and poetry books are still around. I take care of that patio with a lot of love that my nonos dedicated so much time! Excellent location, one block from the River (beautiful area) and very integrated into the city center (Santa Ana neighborhood) The house is very well equipped.

"La Mitre" House

A recycled house with a minimalist style, and very good lighting. Kitchen-dining room equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishes for guests. It has a patio and barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Air conditioning in all rooms. Excellent downtown location just eight blocks from the river. A few meters away are beautiful green spaces to enjoy.

A sleeping area features a spacious bed with a gray quilt, topped with two folded white towels. A small lamp sits on a nightstand beside the bed. A ceiling fan adds comfort to the minimalist room, which is illuminated by natural light.

Newly remodeled small house, for 4 guests. Located 8 blocks from the pedestrian and 6 blocks from the bus terminal. Two blocks from the city's old hospital. Large kitchen, small bathroom and a spacious room with a double bed and a bunk bed ( not recommended for older people). Linens, WiFi, TV, Netflix, fan, microwave, refrigerator, heating, dishes, patio.

The modern duplex exterior features a combination of white walls and brick accents. A covered entrance provides shelter, while a clean, paved pathway leads to the front door. Lush greenery and gravel landscaping enhance the contemporary design.
