Great house in good location. The high quality furnishings and furnishings are stylish and harmonize perfectly. The space is an experience and relaxation begins upon arrival. One adjective to describe Patrizia's stay: PERFECT. The house is a corner of paradise, surrounded by a large garden and immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The beaches (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) are a twenty-minute drive, while the village of Montegranaro is two minutes away. The place is very clean, complete with everything. Spacious spaces, perfect for families and great for four-legged friends. Patrizia is really a very attentive host, as well as a full of tips for visiting local places. Definitely recommend. We'll be back, maybe for a longer stay!

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is well cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bathtub makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, very good! I would say it was a super experience and worth doing again!
