Everything is beautiful. (Even better than what you see in the pictures). All bedrooms have A/C and overlook the lake. It has a balcony terrace overlooking the lake, ideal for enjoying the sunsets. The location of the home is a privilege. Both for the day and for the night. Security is excellent. There were 7 of us and we all showered with hot water and good pressure. Without a doubt, Pablo and his home have made a huge contribution to making this family trip charming!!! I recommend it 100%

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, by Uber too, not so much on foot but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (not much either). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and always available

We were travelling as a group of 9 to attend a world championship event in Cordoba. The house was the perfect base for our twelve day stay. We all had plenty of space. The kitchen was well set up to cook meals at home. We loved jumping into the pool after long hot days in the sun competing. Our host Tony was amazing, helping us out with anything we needed!

We loved our experience at this home. It is as seen in the photos: comfortable, equipped and with a very nice energy. The location is perfect for relaxing and at the same time with good options of restaurants and shops available. Something important to note is that the garden and backyard (which are a luxury) are shared with the host's house, who lives there. For us it was a pleasant surprise: she is a loving person, very respectful, present when you need her and with a warmth that we appreciate very much. We got along very well and his presence added to the experience. In addition, we were right in guava season and we were able to enjoy the fruits of the tree in the garden! A delicious surprise!! Communication with the host was excellent from the start, always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Thanks for everything Alicia!

The apartment in general is nice, with a good value. It has a good location, although it's not in the downtown area, it doesn't take long. It doesn't take long to get there (either walking or by car)... Also a few steps away there is a supermarket, kiosk, bakery and ice cream shop... Also some parks and a very nice spa... Regarding the host, Pablo was very friendly and predisposed, especially with the check-in and check-out times, something that for us was very important...

Apto according to the published and it's even bigger than it looks. Real photos and jacuzzi was tremendous. Everything was excellent! Everything is very neat, clean and cared for! It is located on the top floor of the building making it very safe. It has a very good neighborhood view terrace. It's also very safe at night. Easy and flexible both check-in and Out with very good communication with Pablo, the host who received us from 10 with a lot of kindness and predisposition! Thank you for your experience!

Beautiful stay at Marite's house. We arrived early and luckily was available to enter. The house is re equipped, rests well, the shower spotless. The Area seemed safe and quiet to me. We will definitely rent again in case of going to Carlos Paz. Thank you Marite and the lady who took care of us

A very cute place to enjoy a quiet vacation. It is very well located, close to several tourist places that can be done in an hour or two by car. The space is spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing, the park is huge and very nice, and the pool is excellent. Also to note that it is very well equipped. The host was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. I definitely recommend it!

Regarding the house, it is much more than what is seen in the photos both in the spaciousness of the house and the rooms and the park itself is giant. Super well the whole experience with Leopoldo at his apartment. We only stayed 2 nights because we were just passing through, but it was super comfortable, it has everything we needed. Equally what I highlight is the independent arrival that I facilitate everything because we arrived after 23hs, the good communication with Leopoldo that was very clear in everything and was super pending, and that the area was very central, so we had everything at hand. we will be back, surely you will!
