Muy recomendable!!! La comunicación fue súper rápida y buena en todo momento. Lo mismo la coordinación en el check-in/out. Son flexibles y considerados en los horarios de entrada/salida porque están allí mismo. El sitio cuenta con espacios amplios, luminosos, ventilados y muy confortables. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutarlo sin tener que moverse. Dato útil: se encuentra próximo a la Terminal de Ómnibus de Asunción (2 km en línea recta por Av. República Argentina). Muy fácil de llegar, incluso caminando. A metros del edificio se ubica la avenida Eusebio Ayala, con líneas de ómnibus hacia los principales puntos de la ciudad y bastante movimiento diurno. En la planta baja funciona un taller mecánico en horario comercial pero los ruidos en general son tolerables. La zona es súper tranquila de noche, ideal para un óptimo descanso. Muy próximo al departamento (1 cuadra) hay comercios, estación de servicio, supermercado y hasta un local gastronómico de la cadena VITAPAN con expendio de café/confitería/rotisería las 24 HORAS. Bueno, bonito y barato!!!

Lindo departamento a 3 cuadras del shopping Mariscal. La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila, cerca de todo. Muy accesible respecto del horario de ingreso y salida lo cual se valora mucho siempre. Silvia muy amable y predispuesta. El departamento está en piso 2 y se accede por escaleras. Es amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tiene estacionamiento en edificio. Super recomendable.

Excelente departamento, limpio y moderno, con muchas comodidades, en un edificio muy moderno y con una excelente ubicación. Un barrio tranquilo y con muchas opciones cerca.

Muy buen alojamiento tanto familiar como para ir en amigos. El lugar de la residencia es tranquilo, dejamos el vehículo en la calle y nadie toca absolutamente nada. Ni hablar de la comodidad de la casa. 100% recomendado. Impecable predisposición del anfitrión. Muy amable ante cualquier duda.

Andi foi uma excelente anfitriã. Comunicação clara e objetiva, sempre disponível! Além disso, a casa corresponde exatamente como nas fotos… Terreno enorme, dois banheiros super limpos, cozinha com utensílios, os quartos estavam extremamente cheirosos, com roupas de cama e banho limpinhos, e, a Andi deixou inclusive uns bolinhos para nosso check in! Amamos e com certeza se um dia tivermos oportunidade nós voltaremos 💖🙏🏽

The house is really well located, with great cocktail bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is really spacious and comfortable, and equipped for long term stays.

La casa es muy linda y está muy bien equipada. No hay muchas cosas cerca pero llega muy bien delivery y Uber. Lo único que no me gustó es que tiene una cámara en el comedor dnd también está el sillón cama y me pareció invasivo.

Realmente un lugar único, ademas la anfitrióna esta muy pendiente. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Llegada facil y buen ubicado.

Enzo y su familia son excelentes anfitriones, nos recibieron de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, seguro y muy buena ubicación. Sin dudas, volveríamos. Disfrutamos mucho de la estadía!

El departamento está muy lindo, equipado con todas las comodidades que uno pueda llegar a necesitar, la ubicación re bien a minutos de la zona de shopping en asuncion, muy seguro para dejar el vehículo y tranquilo.

cristina esta super responsable y hace de todo para que su alojamiento este siempre perfecto y comodo. y si necesitamos algo esta respondiendo en seguida. el lugar es super agradable.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Fer es una persona súper amable, responde rápido y soluciona todo lo que le pidas! Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el condominio! Es SÚPER seguro y hay un montón para hacer. Lamentamos no aprovechar más nuestra estadía.
