I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which makes it immensely easy to get around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. I strongly recommend it to everyone who seeks quality, practicality and a high level of service.

Both the building and the apartment are very nice, check-in is very accessible, there is a 24-hour doorman. The only thing is that the bed is a little hard, but for a short stay it's fine.

Johanna greeted us, showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk to us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It's the perfect size and 4 people can fit in comfortably. With a large balcony to be outside, and to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mariano and Johanna for the quick communication and how accessible and uncomplicated the whole process was! I hope to be back very soon!

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

Excellent apartment, nice, comfortable, with a good location. The apartment is well-equipped and impeccable in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. Silvia communicated very well, was attentive and very friendly. Entering and leaving the apartment is very simple, which is also good. The area is good, it is one block from the main avenue, which has many shops of all kinds and with the possibility of transportation for those who walk. 10/10

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Gabriel is a very involved host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. Leave us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He's very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is giant and great for sleeping, and the host served us super well. Our stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

We enjoyed some nice days in the apartment, everything was just like the photos. The only thing is that the jacuzzi is only cold water... more for the summer! Angel is always very attentive and the area is full of places to go.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and Av. 9 de Julio. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff is respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd go back.
