What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful, country home in the best Italian style. Large, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and views of the olive grove. Stefano and his father Paolo are very kind and helpful hosts. A place for people who value peace and quiet. The sea, mountain trails, and beautiful Urbino are within a half-hour drive.

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

A wonderful place to relax! The friendly and helpful host made our stay very pleasant. The house is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with stunning views of the surrounding area. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. A perfect place for a quiet holiday and to enjoy Italian nature. We will definitely be back!

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quick to reach. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation and surroundings were almost nicer than in the pictures. The host was available at all times and immediately took care of all our concerns. A very pleasant person and absolutely recommended accommodation.

I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful surroundings in a rural area with ancient hilltop villages which are well looked after and have cafe/bars to sit and enjoy. Mona's place is a sympathetically restored old farmhouse, tucked away and surrounded by gardens with fragrant flowers, trees and spectacular succulent plants. There's a delightful patio for eating outside with lovely views. It has a cosy and homely feel inside. It's perfect for a get away from it all holiday. You will need a car, and nearby you can get to a beautiful river gorge, and there's a market and the sea at Fano, about half an hour drive away.

Only regret is we wish we booked to stay longer. This home is beautiful, amazing pool (best we had in Italy), incredibly sized bedrooms, and wonderful family areas for dining. We loved our stay!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet poolside stay;)

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever been to! TOP!! We were 8 adults and 6 children between 1 and 11 years old. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic, the pool is incredibly beautiful! The water is very good quality. There is also a small level for the little children, so that bathing fun is guaranteed for everyone. There are numerous seating options to enjoy the evenings. It was also perfect for our dog! The plot is very large but as far as I have seen completely fenced. The hosts are very nice and were always available and really took care of everything. Absolutely recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The yard was very spacious with a huge pool and beautiful surroundings which we could enjoy every day. The villa was plenty of room for 4 adults, two small children, and a dog. The kitchen and property was well stocked and Internet worked great (some were teleworking). The AC was wonderful to have during the summer heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. With a car you can easily take day trips to old towns like Assisi, Pergugia, Gubbio. We also enjoyed the frassasi caves. Our only regret was missing the summer festival in Morra by 1 day! A wonderful stay overall that we would recommend!

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and location are perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Due to the two separate bedrooms incl. The bathroom also had plenty of room for four. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The nearest major city Città di Castello (about 25 min. by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful vacation - thank you Tiziano!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Highly recommend for groups and families!

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!
