The apartment is very nice and comfortable! Some problems with the internet that were not fixed but apart from that everything was very good!

I was not abre to stay due to Personal reasons however Ted was great with communication and alternatives.

David and Carmen were absolutely welcoming and while always available, never intrusive. I loved playing “home” in their place. It gave me a feeling of what it was like to “live” in Colima. The neighborhood is absolutely splendid, peaceful and easy to walk around. Truly appreciated the beauty of the apt and all the terraces to enjoy fresh breezes.

A very safe and comfortable place, we were able to park the car inside the garage with a gate. The house is very clean, comfortable furniture, cozy, with air conditioning and about three blocks from Walmart. Everything was clean and in order.

It was an excellent accommodation and its coafitriona Cintya is always attentive.. 100%recommended

We had a pleasant stay, the house looks just like the photos and the entrance is completely independent, however, Denisse was always aware of everything, the house is completely private and the pool gives it a very good plus. I definitely recommend it and would go back there.

The host was very accommodating and always responded right away when we had a question. The place is in a beautiful area with a kids playground nearby that felt completely safe to walk to. I would definitely rent this house again and 100% recommend it to anyone who is planning on visiting Colima!

Great and safe location!

Everything was very clean. What they advertise is what it is. We had a setback upon arrival, there was no key to get in however responded very quickly and sent it immediately. Also the coffee maker was not working and within a while they exchanged it for another new coffee maker. He was always on the lookout and Teo very well.

Magnificent location

Excellent apartment, 0 noise, nice and clean. In some places they put shampoo and soap, here I don't recommend taking their own. They had some pantry stuff to use but if they need more there is a “kiosko” right next to the condominium then no problem I would definitely go back.

An excellent place to rest, it has everything nearby and is perfectly located.
