Cute place, located in brochero care, close to downtown and Mina Clavero. The owner, Pablo, very communicative.

We went on a new year and the place exceeded our expectations. We received good care from Juan Pablo and Nanci, with a willingness and promptness to respond. The location is excellent, very central, meters from the terminal. In turn, the patio greenery gives a feeling of tranquility ideal for relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with utensils, kitchen elements and appliances that worked perfectly. Another point to emphasize is the cleanliness and maintenance, both of the apartment and the patio and pool. We would definitely choose it again, highly recommended, highly recommended. Beautiful stay at Marite's house. We arrived early and luckily was available to enter. The house is re equipped, rests well, the shower spotless. The Area seemed safe and quiet to me. We will definitely rent again in case of going to Carlos Paz. Thank you Marite and the lady who took care of us

A very cute place to enjoy a quiet vacation. It is very well located, close to several tourist places that can be done in an hour or two by car. The space is spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing, the park is huge and very nice, and the pool is excellent. Also to note that it is very well equipped. The host was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. I definitely recommend it!

Regarding the house, it is much more than what is seen in the photos both in the spaciousness of the house and the rooms and the park itself is giant. Of the most noteworthy in addition, it is the proper downhill that the house has on the river, a unique access! I would be back without hesitation!

An incredible experience, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, ideal for going with babies, as in our case. Karina was a great communicator and was awesome to do a flexible check-in for us. We have arrived late. The place was super safe and secured with gates. The only comment I can make that the single bed was not super comfortable.
